Hey there. I'm Megan. I've worked with mothers and families for my entire career, and I get it. The demands of navigating the needs of ourselves and those we care for can weigh on us. I am passionate about helping others overcome hardships. I have a bachelor's degree from Ball State University in Psychological Science, and a Master of Social Work degree from Eastern Michigan University. I have two children, and I have experienced pregnancy loss.
I am deeply committed to providing a safe, supportive space where you can explore your emotions, unlock your potential, and create meaningful change in your life. With empathy, active listening, and a solution-focused approach, I will guide you toward greater self-awareness and personal growth, empowering you to overcome challenges and thrive while also identifying your greatest strengths. We do this in a way that meets your goals in a self-paced format.
I’m someone who has lived through seasons of transition, growth, and self‑definition. Because of that, I understand what it means to rebuild, question old narratives, and find your voice again. I also support survivors of sexual assault and childhood abuse, individuals managing addiction, and people who have been houseless. I work well with LGBTQ+ clients and show up as a trans ally, creating a space where identity is respected and affirmed. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, career changes, identity questions, or work–life balance, I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can be real and move toward the life you want.
I am in my mid-life body years but my spirit and soul are forever young. I love people. I value my innate ability for unconditional positive regard for all souls. I believe all people are born good and beautiful, but through tough life experiences we get stuck in pain and fear. By identifying autonomic body responses and the connection to our thoughts there is a way to get back to the person we were intended to be, happy and full of life.
Over 15 years ago, I began my work as a licensed professional counselor. Since then, I’ve worked with diverse individuals and consistently seen that when people are empowered with the right information, they can often find the best solutions to their challenges. Using a range of evidence-based therapies, I guide purposeful conversations and reflection to support that process.
I believe in discussing difficult topics with compassion and without judgment. Because you are the expert on your own life, collaboration is central to our work. Together, we develop practical and creative solutions, remain flexible as needs evolve, and build a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship focused on your goals.
My experience includes four years working primarily with children and teenagers facing anxiety, mood concerns, relationship challenges, stress, and future planning. Prior to that, I worked in community mental health supporting clients ages 11 to 99 with a wide range of mental health concerns.
I approach each client with respect for their resilience and capacity for growth. My role is to offer clarity, tools, and guidance as we work together to build confidence, develop strategies, and create meaningful progress toward your goals.
I provide clinical therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and the various stressors that can impact daily functioning. Through a collaborative and evidence-based approach, we will assess the underlying factors contributing to your distress, identify maladaptive patterns in thoughts and behaviors, and implement strategies designed to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being. The pace of therapy will be guided by your comfort and readiness. My goal is to provide a structured, supportive, and effective space where you can grow, heal, and build the skills to improve your overall well-being.
I’m Becks, a Licensed Professional Counselor & NASM Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in behavior change & nutrition coaching. You might also call me a guiding light toward overall wellness or a catalyst for growth & healing.
My great passion as a Health & Wellness Professional is to help you build a healthier relationship with food & your body, cultivate emotional agility to freely express yourself, & be able to communicate your needs/wants to others more effectively. While I’d love to help you improve your mental health through movement & balanced nutrition, I also understand that everyone’s starting point in therapy can look very different. It would be my pleasure in meeting you where you are in your journey to help build your toolbox of skills so that you can lead the life you deserve to live.

When you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or the effects of past trauma, everyday life can start to feel pretty overwhelming. You might feel stuck in your thoughts, constantly stressed, or worn down both physically and emotionally. I’m Jean Snyder, a licensed counselor with over 30 years of experience, and I provide virtual therapy for adults who want support, practical tools, and a space where they can start to feel understood and move toward feeling better.
Hi I'm Gaby. If you have been feeling sick and stuck in a negative thought process and wondering if there is anyone who can understand or help you, let's talk. I am here to help you experience change and escape from the pattern of life that has left you feeling different, unwell, and stuck.
I am first and foremost a Trauma Informed Recovery Therapist. This means that I believe in you and I believe in your goals and I know we can find a way to get there while acknowledging all that you have been through. I realized I wanted to become a therapist during a serendipitous summer camp experience—40 feet in the air on the high ropes course, I learned that I loved helping people process challenging experiences in creative ways. I love using a lot of different approaches depending on what we are working on. Some of my favorite methods are cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, strength based therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
I have been doing individual therapy with teens and adults of all ages since 2020. Previously, I worked as a clinical consultant, clinical director, and clinical supervisor in specialized mental health rehabilitation settings. I have been supporting people in creating and meeting their goals since 2012. I have used all of my past work experiences to learn how to work with clients to explore dreams, and strengths, and learn how to make these things their reality. I use eclectic strategies to support people as they sort through their lives and figure out ways to move forward in a new light.
I believe that therapy is a special space that allows a person to sit, process, and problem-solve in a way that can’t always be done in day-to-day.

I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and draw from multiple treatment modalities to meet each person’s unique needs. I believe helping others is my purpose, and I am deeply passionate about supporting people in living meaningful, authentic lives.
I have a strong curiosity for learning and enjoy exploring culture, art, music, history, and the many experiences that shape who we are. Life is meant to be lived, not just survived—and that belief guides my work as a therapist. Creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered is extremely important to me. I want every client I work with to know that their voice matters.
Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been practicing for over 20 years. I work with adults, couples, and families including children, and adolescents. My goal is to work with each person individually from a person-centered perspective. I want you to feel that you are in control of your progress by identifying your needs and focusing on your strengths . My specialties include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, behavioral challenges, post-partum depression, parenting, chronic illness, and grief. I am available to see clients in Kentucky in-person or telehealth, and Michigan or Minnesota via telehealth.
The person centered approach means that the client is the center of everything from the initial assessment, to the development of the goals, to the treatment that is provided. It is important that you know you are accepted and with therapy you are able to address the concerns you have and learn to effectively work through them.
I understand therapy can feel uncomfortable and the thought of sharing yourself with someone you don't know (yet) can be overwhelming. Give me a call and we can talk for an initial conversation to see if it will be a good fit.
With a Master’s in Counseling from Oakland University, I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life stressors and relationship struggles. I have been guiding people through life's challenges for the last 16 years. I am a parent myself and understand the stress of balancing work and families which gives me the perspective to help others.
I offer a warm, supportive space for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. As a Marine Corps veteran, I bring deep respect for resilience, lived experience, and the courage it takes to seek support. My work is compassionate, collaborative, and paced to honor your nervous system, your story, and your goals. I support clients in building self-trust, emotional resilience, and clarity, while gently releasing patterns that no longer serve them. I also provide integration support for clients processing psychedelic or altered-state experiences, helping translate insight into grounded, sustainable change in daily life.
