In our first session, we will get to know each other. I will take some history and give you my impressions of how I can help. You can ask me questions, too. This is a two-way process.

I help you look for the root cause of your problems, not just put a bandaid on them and send you on your way. Therapy is hard work, and I acknowledge that. It took courage for you to come here today, to begin the process. I honor that courage and together we can help you feel better!
