Hey there!
My name is Lindsay, and I have been a mental health clinician for 10 years, working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2018. I am also a certified yoga teacher, and have found meaningful ways to build mindfulness practices and develop the mind-body connection to address several mental health concerns for those who are open to this approach.
My general approach to therapy is to build a comfortable and psychologically safe environment. I think it is most important to build a meaningful relationship with clients, that allows for sharing, growth, and personal empowerment. I have a laid-back approach to therapy and do my best to meet clients where they are with attention to unique needs.
Outside of my clinical work in mental health, I am an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Ball State University. I completed my PhD in 2024 focusing on increasing awareness of Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and how we may build better therapeutic interventions for this population. I thoroughly enjoy being able to bridge gaps between mental health research, teaching the next generation of clinicians, and maintaining clinical work myself.
I understand that the issues weighing on you are important. I am here to support you through challenges like anxiety, depression, and trauma. With a goal to connect you with the resources needed for lasting, positive changes which empower you to live the life you envision. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a deep commitment to empowering my clients to thrive, without judgment. I utilize evidence-based therapies that foster growth, resilience, and self-awareness.
I know how lonely it feels when emotions are overwhelming, relationships are tough, or family conflict leaves you stuck. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can truly be yourself.
Whether you want to build self-esteem, practice being assertive, navigate relationship issues, or deal with feeling misunderstood, I am here to help. I warmly welcome people from all backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone who has struggled to find a therapist they can relate to.
We will work as a team to build stronger connections, break painful cycles, and create practical tools so you can live a more balanced, fulfilling life.

I have a Doctorate in Psychology and am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I have been working as a therapist for over 16 years. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma and LGBTQIA issues. I believe that therapy should be a safe place to talk about personal issues without any judgment. We all need someone to talk to and therapy provides that space where you can be yourself. We all go through some things from time to time and should be able allowed to talk with someone who is willing to listen and provide us with the support that we need.
Meet Your Guide—Me, Victoria Fox, MSW, LCSW
Hi, I’m Victoria Fox, founder/lead therapist at Whole Person Transformation, LLC. I am a very experienced, dual-diagnosis Mental Health Clinician, professionally educated and trained as a master's Level Social Worker, a Spiritual Life Coach, a Medical/Healthcare Social Worker, a Motivational & Spiritual Thought Leader, a Divine Channel, and having lived trial by fire as a survivor of childhood and adulthood traumas myself. I’m known for my warmth and compassion, a plethora of actionable, helpful suggestions if needed, a down-to-earth and laid-back “real” manner, and my dedication to helping others connect/reconnect to their most authentic selves, to unconditional love, their higher power, and/or their loved ones, so they can reclaim hope, abundance, and joy. I've helped many connect with their inner wisdom, their motivation, and transform their lives.
I am a therapist focused making changes and feeling better. People seek out therapy for all sorts of reasons but everyone wants something in their life to be different. I like to help people understand why they are stuck and help them get unstuck. It's my goal to help people by being a witness to their pain and shining a light to help them move forward.
Do you ever feel stuck, alone, or disconnected from the world around you? If so, you are not alone, and I would be honored to be someone with whom you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My name is Jess, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults. In addition to seeing clients on Grow, I work full-time as a licensed school social worker serving students in kindergarten through 5th grade. My background also includes private practice work with children, adolescents and adults, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the unique challenges people face at different stages of life. I strive to create a space that feels warm, compassionate, and welcoming. If you are looking for someone who is friendly, supportive, and deeply committed to helping you navigate life’s ups and downs, you have found the right person. I believe in empowering my clients, highlighting their strengths, and walking alongside them as they work toward growth and healing. My goal is to help you feel understood, capable, and confident as you move forward. Together, we will work toward helping you move through obstacles, build on your strengths, and reach your full potential.
I also want to share that I am a mom and understand firsthand that parenting brings its own unique challenges. Navigating your own worries, responsibilities, and emotions while also caring for and guiding little humans is no small task. As a mom, I truly understand the balancing act, the stress, the pressure, and the deep love that comes with it.
In my free time I love to garden, hang with my family and kiddos, macrame, paint, create, meditate, practice sound healing, hike, camp, and listen to music.

in my years of experience, I have worked with a multitude of various clients coming from diverse ethnicities. I have extensive experience in working with high conflict, divorce cases involving children along with helping couples navigate through marital issues in marital counseling. This work has enabled me to work with kids as young as four years of age. I particularly love working with teenagers and have had much success building rapport with them aiding in their recovery from whatever issues they are presenting with. I have studied many treatment modalities, including Adlerian, gestalt, reality therapy, CBT just to name a few I find it taking a creative individualized approach to each client helps them reach their goals quicker than a cookie cutter approach to therapy. Each person is unique in their issues and should be treated as such. I have been in private practice since 1994 and have worked extensively with the court systems with substance abuse clients. My work as an EAP has enabled me to address various issues extensively such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, various traumas, spiritual issues, and addictions. As part of treatment plans, I can also conduct family sessions that can aid in someone’s recovery.

Biography: I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I facilitate the spiritual, mental and emotional healing process through talk therapy. The focus of most of my adult life has been to be a skilled helper to people in need. I pursued further education to become a clinical counselor to meet those needs.
I have worked in a variety of clinical settings including, outpatient community mental health, inpatient/outpatient substance abuse/addiction, sex offender therapy in the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, mental health professional in the Florida Department of Corrections, inpatient and day treatment of chronically mentally ill, and private practice.

Whether you are navigating obstacles or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a place to reconnect with what gives your life meaning. It is easy to lose touch with yourself while carrying the weight of stress, painful experiences, or life's many demands. Together, you will explore the challenges you are facing, honor your unique story and the choices available to you in the present. Rather than trying to eliminate every uncomfortable thought or emotion, we will make room for the full range of your human experience while exploring how you can respond in ways that align with your values, purpose and hopes for the future. Healing is not about avoiding suffering or having all the answers. It is about developing the courage to face life's uncertainties, embrace your freedom to choose your path and cultivate a life that feels authentic, connected, and meaningful.

Welcome and hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist along with being an International Certified Gambling Counselor, Level 1 , a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional and a Qualified Supervisor in Florida. I have found an incredible passion for helping individuals. I have worked extensively in substance abuse, with woman's issues (infertility), trauma, couples, gambling, intimacy issues and family therapy. Hello! My name is Trevor Sowders, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. I’ve had the privilege of working with people from many walks of life, providing treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, PTSD, panic disorder, and life transitions. My approach is flexible and collaborative—I tailor each session to your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method.
I began my career studying neuroscience but soon realized I wanted to work directly with people rather than the lab’s “less talkative” test subjects. That curiosity about how the brain works now informs my therapy practice, where I combine science-based approaches with empathy and practicality. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Whether you’re processing trauma, managing anxiety, or working through a major life transition, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move toward growth and balance—all while staying grounded, approachable, and respectful of your values, culture, and beliefs.
You can call me Dan. From a young age I was interested in a career that focused on helping people. I smile when I think about it, but there was a time I thought a career in medicine was what I wanted but I am so bad at math that didn't work out very well. There was a time I thought I was being called into ministry as a pastor, and I wanted to be a pastor that could counsel, but circumstances didn't allow that to happen either. Maybe it's ironic and maybe it's not but I'm not really that much of a talker so I never dreamed that becoming a therapist would be my thing. But then again, therapy is a lot about listening and I do that really well. I enjoy helping others move from places of frustration, and sometimes despair to places of hope and healing. I have always been taught that people deserve respect and to be treated with dignity regardless of what their issue is or where they come from and that is a value I continue to hold. I also find it interesting that the three careers I pursued had their focus in the three things I still believe are important for a life of fulfillment, purpose, and contentment and those are physical health, spiritual health and mental health.
I received a Masters of Divinity degree in 1991, a Masters in Social Work degree in 1996 and my License as a Clinical Social Worker in 1997. I went back to school in 2016 and obtained a MBA in Healthcare Management in 2017. My 30 year career in mental health has been split between providing clinical services, supervising others in their provision of clinical services and administration in the area of Healthcare Quality and Compliance.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Christian Counselor. I have worked with various populations and ages of individuals with diverse backgrounds including people with anxiety, stress, grief/loss, depression. I work well with individuals, couples, and families. I like to build a trusting relationship with the individual building rapport. I use a variety of approaches with individuals and help them work to feel and lead a more healthy, fulfilling life.
I am a mental health therapist specializing in grief, trauma, and substance use. I have been in the field about 10 years now and in that time I have worked with many different types of people and mental health disorders. I have worked in community mental health, private practice, residential, outpatient, and higher levels of care such as PHP/IOP. I love what I do and I could not imagine doing anything else.
Hi, my name is Melissa.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in FL, GA, TN, TX, WA, UT and IN specializing in helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, depression, grief/loss and life transitions. I provide individual therapy sessions online. I take a holistic approach to therapy using traditional psychotherapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
In 2001 I completed a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work (MSW) from Florida State University. I received my Florida license in Social Work (LCSW) in 2004 and have since added additional licenses in Tennessee and Georgia. I have worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, Hospice programs, schools and as an independent contractor providing tele-mental health counseling services to individuals who are experiencing varying levels of challenges due to chronic medical conditions, life situations and/or mental health concerns.
I enjoy helping people work through the challenges of today's world as we take the journey together to get you to where you want to be in your life.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana providing Telehealth therapy services. I specialize in trauma recovery and a modern understanding of grief, one that recognizes that loss isn’t just about death, but about any life-altering change that leaves a void. Trauma doesn’t just live in the past, it lives in our dreams, our bodies, and the gaps in our memories. If you are experiencing ‘forgotten’ memories, bad dreams, or the aftermath of sexual abuse, you don’t have to carry that weight alone. I specialize in trauma recovery and a modern understanding of grief, one that recognizes that loss isn’t just about death, but about any life-altering change that leaves a void.
I advocate for a modern understanding of grief: loss is about much more than death. We can grieve a lost childhood, a sense of safety, a relationship, or a version of ourselves we didn’t get to become. Whether your pain feels loud or like a quiet, persistent void, I provide a compassionate space to process these "invisible" wounds.
I have been working with children, adolescents, adults and families for 25 years. I love helping people see their own potential in challenging times. I provide compassion, understanding and tools that help people reach the best version of themselves. I have both personal and professional experience that can guide anyone in the direction they want. I want you to feel heard and understood. Life can be difficult with situations that are out of your control, but I want to help you gain more control in your thinking and behavior choices.

I am from the heart of Colorado and my background offers a unique understanding of cultures and languages.
I believe that when someone seeks therapy, they are reaching out because they want to move forward, feel less stuck, or find new ways to live well. I hold deep conviction that a meaningful, valued life is possible for anyone—even in the presence of disability, chronic pain or illness, depression, anxiety, trauma, or overwhelming life stress. I see psychotherapy as a collaborative space where we can discover the right pace and rhythm for facing those challenges: sometimes steady and gentle, sometimes more active and focused, always tailored to the person in front of me.
