Aleah Enyeart
Hi, I’m Aleah. I am a licensed clinical therapist who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging and transformative seasons. I specialize in supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support, I am here to help you build resilience, confidence, and meaningful change.
First session
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so my goal is to make our first session as comfortable as possible. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, and exploring your goals for treatment. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, relationships, strengths, and life experiences so I can better understand your unique situation. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we move at a pace that feels right for you. By the end of our session, we’ll begin creating a plan that supports your needs and goals, moving forward in future sessions at your story. Simply when you’re ready.
Strengths
I bring warmth, authenticity, and a genuine desire to understand each client’s story. I balance compassion with honest feedback, creating a space where clients feel both supported and challenged to grow. My experience working with individuals, families, and parents has strengthened my ability to meet people where they are while helping them develop practical tools for lasting change. I believe in building on each client’s existing strengths and resilience, empowering them to move forward with greater confidence and self-awareness.
Ideal clients
I am best positioned to support individuals and families navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, perinatal mental health concerns, and major life transitions. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, identity changes, relationship challenges, introduction to the foster care system and the adjustments that come with it, and the emotional demands of parenting. Together, we can focus on building coping skills, increasing self-confidence, strengthening support systems, and creating a life that feels balanced and meaningful
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns and develop practical skills to manage challenges, improve coping, and create positive change in daily life.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I help clients explore the different parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion. This approach supports healing by understanding the roles these parts play and building a stronger connection with one’s core sense of self.
Strength-Based
I believe every person has strengths and resilience, even during difficult times. Together, we identify and build on those strengths to support growth, confidence, and meaningful change.
Trauma-Informed Care
I provide a safe, supportive space that recognizes the impact of past experiences and trauma. Therapy is tailored to each client’s needs, focusing on empowerment, emotional safety, and healing at a comfortable pace.
