Hi! I am a licensed counselor in Florida and Georgia. I have been working as a counselor for 12 years, with a private practice for the past 7 years. I went to the University of North Florida for undergraduate and graduate school. I have worked with many populations including those dealing with substance abuse, depression, trauma, veterans, and active-duty members.

I am an Afro-Caribbean mom and forever learner. Psychology and healing deeply excite me. I dipped my toe into psychiatry for the first time as a high school student and am still furthering my education in clinical psychology today. I know there is a greater capacity for healing available to individuals who have always looked inward, fist-fought generational patterns, and still feel stuck in a world that says they need 15 more tasks completed by yesterday.
