Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in both Louisiana an Georgia. I received my Masters from Southern University at New Orleans and have been practicing for 17 years. I work with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, stress management, LGBTQIA+ issues, domestic abuse, and mood disorders. I believe my clients have the solutions to their issues, but needs a little help navigating through the process.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have worked with a variety of clients in the past 17 years, and believe that my demeanor puts people at ease. I also like to throw in a little bit of humor in my work.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with individuals who are motivated to make some changes in their lives. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past fifteen years. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Strength-Based

I've been using Strength-Based for years in my practice to help clients focus on their abilities rather than deficits. By utilizing this approach, I am able to help others see themselves as resourceful and resilient when experiencing adverse conditions or hardships.
