I’m a warm, dedicated therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and my role is to walk alongside you with compassion, honesty, and encouragement. In our sessions, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself freely, explore life’s challenges, and begin healing at your own pace. My approach is both supportive and straightforward—I’ll cheer you on when you need it and also hold you accountable so you can move closer to your goals. Even in difficult moments, we’ll work together to shift perspectives and build resilience so that you feel empowered to face life with confidence and clarity.
During our first session, we’ll talk through your treatment expectations and set clear goals to make sure we’re aligned with what matters most to you. Remember—you don’t have to walk this journey alone, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
