Hi, I am Erma Croom, a trauma informed, compassionate therapist, and spiritual companion for individuals who have spent years holding others. With decades of experience in pastoral leadership, chaplaincy and clinical counseling, I bring a rare blind of psychological insight, spiritual depth, and lived wisdom to my work. My practice centers on supporting spiritually grounded women, seasoned clergy, chaplains, faith leaders and other care providers who are ready to be held without losing your depth, independence, or sense of calling. I offer a grounded, compassionate authority--one that creates safety, invites pause, and honors the sacredness of each person's story.
I help adults heal from trauma and anxiety so they can feel safer, more grounded, and more in control of their lives. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative, with a strong focus on nervous system regulation. I integrate practical tools you can use in your daily life with deeper therapeutic work, so you’re not just talking about your experiences—you’re learning how to feel differently in your body over time.
Hi, I’m Keshara. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping women feel more like themselves again. I work with clients who are often used to being “the strong one,” but are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely human. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in creating a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment.
I am also the Founder of Power Forward Outreach, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women, mothers, and families through mentorship, education, and mental health awareness, bridging the gap between motherhood and wellness while nurturing resilience, healing, and emotional growth.
I'm a licensed transpersonal therapist practicing in Georgia. I went to grad school at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, which is a pioneer in mind, body and spiritual approaches. I have a passion for integrating Western psychology, Eastern philosophy and holistic modalities. I love helping clients to access their own inner wisdom, strengths and sense of agency. I am passionate about the healing power of nature in regulating our nervous systems and reigniting our primal energies.
I’m Nikah, a compassionate and creative therapist who blends expressive arts with evidence-based approaches to help clients navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals who are not only thinking of change, but ready to take the steps ready to show up for themselves—those seeking clarity, growth, and meaningful change.
I support clients through identity exploration, life transitions, work-life balance, mood challenges like anxiety and depression, and relationship or communication struggles. My approach encourages self-discovery, emotional resilience, and authentic expression.
Together, we transform reflection into action, helping you uncover your strengths, set clear goals, and make lasting change. The impact of our work extends beyond the therapy room—clients leave feeling more confident, empowered, and connected to their true selves.
My own life journey has deeply influenced the way I show up as a therapist. Having personally navigated challenges with self-esteem, depression, and the pain of divorce, I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to rebuild when life doesn’t go as planned. These experiences have given me a deep sense of empathy and a genuine desire to walk alongside others as they work through their own struggles.
In my practice, I provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can process their emotions, rediscover their strengths, and learn practical tools for healing and growth. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and, when appropriate, Christian counseling principles to help individuals and couples find hope, balance, and renewed purpose. My goal is to help clients see that—even in life’s most difficult seasons—healing and transformation are possible.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions. I earned my Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science ( Human Behavior with a concertation in community Health) from Mercy College.
I have experience working with clients in crisis settings , County Jails, Hospice care, and community-based programs, which has strengthened my understanding of mental health, resilience, and the human capacity for growth. I work with individuals navigating grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, family challenges, and major life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person, creating a safe space to explore thoughts and emotions, develop coping strategies, and reconnect with personal strengths. I also believe humor can be a powerful bridge to healing with out minimizing one's lived experiences, I will hold space for your trauma and walk with you, all while cracking some jokes along the way — sometimes we have to laugh through the pain, stress, and discomfort,
while still doing meaningful work, finding clarity, and creating solutions together " life is already heavy ". I believe we all has the capacity for healing and meaningful change, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward greater insight, balance, and well-being.
Hi, I'm Ashley, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Reiki II practitioner. I believe that somewhere underneath the anxiety, the self-doubt, and the patterns that keep repeating, there is a version of you that already knows the way. My job isn't to fix you. It's to create a space steady enough that you can actually hear yourself. Together we get curious about the thoughts that won't quiet down, the emotions that feel bigger than the moment, the behaviors that keep showing up even when you don't want them to, and what all of it is actually trying to tell you. I utilize a holistic approach, bringing tools into our work that help you understand what's happening in your mind and body when you're overwhelmed, so you can actually do something about it instead of just surviving it. But more than any method or modality, I show up as a real person walking alongside you, trusting that you are the expert on your own life.

Hi, I'm so glad you're here! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Valdosta State University. I was born and raised in Nebraska but have made Georgia my home, and I truly love it here.
I became a therapist because I genuinely care about people and believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, meaningful support. I know that reaching out for help is not always easy, and I want you to know that taking that step says a lot about your strength and your commitment to yourself. My goal is to make sure that from the moment you connect with me, you feel welcome, heard, and comfortable.
I am an animal lover through and through, and that love has found a natural home in my clinical practice. I incorporate pet therapy into my work with clients, and I have seen firsthand the incredible impact that a furry friend can have on even the most difficult days. Whether it helps break the ice, ease anxiety, or simply bring a moment of joy into a hard season, it is one of my favorite tools to offer.
Outside of my passion for animals, I am deeply committed to doing work that matters. I show up for my clients with honesty, warmth, and a whole lot of heart. I believe in meeting people where they are, walking alongside them through the hard stuff, and celebrating the wins along the way — big and small.
If you are looking for a therapist who will be real with you, root for you, and work hard alongside you, I would love to connect. I can't wait to meet you.

Empower your healing, embrace your journey!
If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or relationship stress, you’re not alone. A lot of adults and professionals come to therapy when things start feeling heavy, disconnected, or just not quite right.
I work with clients who want to understand their patterns, build healthier habits, and create real change in their lives. My approach is gentle and practical, so you leave sessions with tools you can actually use.
If you’re ready to start working toward that, you can book a session and we’ll get started together.
One of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. I applaud you on taking this first step in investing in your growth and personal development. Sometimes, we are faced with major life changes or challenges that alter our perspective on life, which directly impact our mental, emotional, and social well-being. By promoting a safe, judgement free, and shame free environment, my aim is to allow you the freedom to explore your experiences with a sense of curiosity, compassion, openness, and acceptance.
I offer online counseling to individuals, families and groups to help them develop the skills necessary to successfully overcome challenges in life. My background as a high school and college counselor also gives me a wealth of experience to draw from when working with families, adolescents, and young adults.
As your therapist, I believe that the healing process begins by creating a safe environment and building and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship. My ultimate goal is to empower you to make positive life changes while helping you develop confidence in your ability to achieve a healthy balance in all aspects of your life.
I believe that seeking therapy is an act of courage and self-love. Choosing to care for yourself in this way is a meaningful step, even when it feels challenging.
In our work together, we’ll explore how your past experiences, relationships, cultural background, and life patterns influence how you feel and show up in the world. I also pay attention to how your body, emotions, and the social and gendered aspects of your life play a role, helping you connect mind and body while gaining insight into what drives your patterns.
I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those navigating questions of identity, belonging, or cultural transitions, as well as those processing trauma, life changes, or difficult emotions. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and understood, no matter your story.
Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface while also developing practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and strengthen relationships. Therapy can help you uncover recurring patterns, build resilience, and cultivate a deeper, more compassionate connection with yourself and others.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. You bring your experience, and I bring guidance, skills, and support. The work we do together is about understanding yourself more fully, finding ways to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, and creating lasting change that feels authentic and meaningful to you.

My approach to therapy focuses on helping clients gain meaningful insight into their thoughts and emotions, while also developing practical skills to navigate stress, improve relationships, and foster personal growth. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
Have you tried therapy before and walked away feeling misunderstood? Have you worried that you wouldn't be able to share everything about yourself in session, fearing judgement? When we don’t fit the norms around us, it’s pretty easy for anxiety and depression to wreak havoc on our mental health and self-esteem, making it more difficult to feel comfortable enough to be vulnerable.
Having struggled with alienation myself, I’ve gravitated to helping people who experience this too. Although this can be something anyone goes through, I often find myself supporting people who are neurodiverse, LGBQTA+, ethically nonmonogamous, those with “alternative” faiths, and teens. In addition to supporting specific identities, I help people reduce their stress and anxiety, adjust to uncomfortable changes, climb out of depression, and build the confidence, insight, and judgment they need to improve themselves to impact their life.
I pride myself on creating a safe, comfortable environment where you can express yourself freely, so we both learn more about who you are and what you need.
Whether we work together or not, I'm really glad you're taking the time to consider therapy and care for yourself <3
Starting therapy is a brave step, and I’m here to support you in making it meaningful. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma, using a client-centered and collaborative approach tailored to your unique needs. In our work together, you'll find a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself and move toward growth at your own pace. My communication style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and respected. I’ll offer honest feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you at your pace, always with the goal of helping you feel empowered and understood.
I am a counselor who believes that the therapeutic relationship is essential. From the moment I first meet a client I want to do everything in my power to help them feel comfortable. I acknowledge that counseling can be daunting - meeting a stranger and sharing the intimate details of one's life is frightening. I assure my clients that they are in a safe place and they can share as much or as little as they like. Regardless, they will be accepted unconditionally.

I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to your unique needs—there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you and create a path toward the goals and peace you’re seeking.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience supporting individuals and couples in Georgia and Florida. Over that time, I’ve walked alongside clients through grief, anxiety, stress, and major life changes, helping them find clarity, resilience, and hope.
