About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Southwestern State University and her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling from Thomas University. Life can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, family, friends, and everything we care about.

My approach is delivering trauma informed care with specific focuses on trauma responses, grief, anger, coping with symptoms, social skills, race related issues, & all things mental health.

As your therapist, my job is to provide a safe place where you can reconnect with yourself and your life.

First session

Clients can expect to focus on an initial intake where background information is gathered. After that our second session will focus on whatever and wherever you want to start in your healing journey.

Healing is important, so let's start today and build your life the way you envision it. See you soon!

She really listens and knows how to dive into what you're saying and can express things in ways you possibly didn't consider or didn't know that's how you were feeling cause you didn't have the words. Even when I poorly explain something she can weave through and get the point. She also let's me ramble and will listen for key things in my rambling. Kind, happy, authentic person who can give you good plans on how to handle life a bit more.
