Hello! Life can be full of obstacles but it can also be a wonderful experience. Sometimes we just need a little support to manage some of life's challenges. I'm thrilled that you are here and ready to take the steps toward a better version of yourself.

I specialize in helping high-functioning clients effectively manage the ups and downs of life experiences.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who assists adults with their journey back to mental wellness. Throughout my career I have assisted individuals with behavioral health needs including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, sexual addiction, co-occurring issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, anger management, trauma, and adjustment to life changes. My therapeutic style is eclectic because I believe in meeting you were you are in the therapeutic process. I lean on a variety of treatment modalities and evidenced-based techniques to meet your needs. I love working with everyday people who need help sorting through their emotions and coping with daily life struggles. Let's connect and start this journey together! I'm here to help!

First session

In the first session with me, we will explore what brings you into therapy and get to know each other a little better. This will help me tailor a plan to meet your specific needs as we dig deeper into your areas of concern in future sessions.

Strengths

I specialize in helping high-functioning clients effectively manage the ups and downs of life experiences.

Ideal clients

I love working with women and men who are working through everyday life struggles and/or on a path toward self-development. My clients range from young adult to more seasoned who have a desire to learn, grow and better understand how their experiences may have shaped the way they view the world around them.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Through CBT clients are able to gain a better understanding of the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT allows clients to gain acceptance for things they can not change and make commitments to the things they can change.
