I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Masters degree in social work from Marywood University. I am very passionate about my career and have chosen this field to become someone that can support, encourage and aid others in their personal growth and journey.
My general practice focuses on individual adults and adolescents. I am an active listener and seek to provide an unbiased perspective in a confidential and safe environment. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches in order to meet the unique needs of each client, including relational, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, person centered, and solution focused.
I have 15+ years of experience treating individuals who experience anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, parental obstacles or lack of self-worth. I also have significant work experience with teens and young adults who experience various struggles that may be a result of bullying, failing grades, parental or peer stressors or poor self image.
I combine my education, experiences and passion to provide my clients with a unique therapy journey. I will work closely with you to build on your strengths while paying attention to areas of your life that you may want to heal and GROW. I look forward to the opportunity to start this journey with you.

Welcome! My name is Tameka and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. I have 17+ years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, residential, partial care, outpatient, and in-home.
It is my belief that you have everything you need within you to live your best life and be your best self, however, unhealed wounds can slow that timeline of seeing that manifest. It is my goal to guide, educate, support, and empower my clients on their way to healing.
I find great joy when my clients have that light bulb moment when they realize they in fact can be the captain of their healing/journey. I also understand that not everyone is of the mindset that they need healing and may require someone to help them build their personal road map of goals, I can also assist with that and would say I would serve in more of a coaching role for you.
Lastly, picking the right therapist can be scary, I would like to share that I find the therapeutic alliance as a collaboration of communication, honesty, and mutual respect. If you feel I am a good fit for you, I would love to walk alongside you as you explore your inner challenges and develop long-term solutions to those challenges.
Change is possible, and you do not have to go through life’s challenges alone. With extensive counseling experience, including multiple years practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I help adults work through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues just to name a few by using practical effective tools. I strive to offer a warm, supportive space where you feel comfortable, understood, and able to grow. Taking that first step is not always easy, but it can lead to a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Every journey begins with a single step, let’s take it together.
Hello, my name is Patricia, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. With over 40 years of experience, I've worked with adults aged 18-85 in various settings, including outpatient behavioral health, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, community-based residential programs, and now, online services. This diverse background has given me a strong understanding of mental and emotional health. I believe in focusing on the future, glancing at the past only to learn, not to be limited by it!
I believe in the quote,
"You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending!"
C.S. Lewis
You DESERVE to Re-SET, To Re-FUEL, To Re-CHARGE. And then TAKE FLIGHT! Since entering the field of therapy I have learned to ascribe to the adage “all behavior has meaning.” Yes, ALL behavior. A deep curiosity for why we all act and think the way we do coupled with my own life’s challenges and experiences has led me to a place of compassion for not only my own life choices but compassion for others. Our thoughts lead to feelings, which leads to action. We are not always proud of our actions. As a woman, mother, wife, and veteran I know all too well the shame that comes with our personal choices and behaviors. I also know there is also a fear of JUDGEMENT when it comes to considering therapy. This is a no-judgement zone and if you are seeking a different feeling and action in your life then you have landed at the right place!
Hi, I am Erma Croom, a therapist, spiritual companion, and seasoned guide for individuals who have spent years holding others. With decades of experience in pastoral leadership, chaplaincy and clinical counseling, I bring a rare blind of psychological insight, spiritual depth, and lived wisdom to my work. My practice centers on supporting spiritually grounded women, seasoned clergy, chaplains, faith leaders and other care providers who are ready to be held without losing your depth, independence, or sense of calling. I offer a grounded, compassionate authority--one that creates safety, invites pause, and honors the sacredness of each person's story.
I love helping Women thrive in Truth! I am a working Mom and Wife and I've found that having a foundation of truth is fueling. I'm grateful that I get to share truth with you through evidenced-based cognitive behavioral therapy grounded in objectivity. Tackling automatic negative thoughts, reconstructing thought distortions, repairing relationships, living more meaningfully- even in the trenches- truth gets us here! I'm so excited that you're considering therapy and I'm confident that I can help.
I believe that each of the clients I meet with is the expert on their own life. My job is to help is to help you recognize patterns of behavior that are no longer serving you, challenge you by asking questions that help you to see things from a new perspective, and explore new coping strategies that empower you to take what we do together in therapy and utilize in other parts of your life.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about helping individuals thrive and I believe that everyone is capable of doing amazing things when given the right opportunities and environment to succeed. I have found joy in helping individuals become healthier versions of themselves. I have worked within specialized high acuity programs and within traditional outpatient settings, so no matter the setting or the level of care needed, I can be adaptable and dynamic enough to handle challenges with great empathy and understanding.
I believe in looking at an individual's whole health - their mind, body, and spirit, as they are interconnected, in order to create balance. I utilize a strengths-based approach to empower individuals while helping them to build their hope and resiliency. I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder etc., individuals who have experienced trauma, individuals struggling with navigating relationships and individuals needing support through different life transitions.
I am a licensed clinical therapist and life coach with extensive experience helping individuals create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My work is focused on supporting people who are high-functioning yet feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or uncertain about their next steps. Many of the clients I work with are successful on the outside but internally struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, burnout, or difficulty following through on the changes they know they need to make.
I bring a results-oriented, structured, and insight-driven approach to my work. As a clinician, I am trained to assess emotional patterns, behavioral responses, and underlying drivers that keep people stuck. As a life coach, I help clients move forward with clarity, accountability, and intention. This dual lens allows me to meet clients where they are emotionally while also helping them create practical, forward-moving change in their daily lives.
Clients often seek me out for my ability to quickly identify core issues, provide direct and thoughtful feedback, and help them gain perspective without judgment. I am known for balancing compassion with honesty and for helping clients feel both supported and challenged in ways that lead to real progress. My style is collaborative, grounded, and focused on building sustainable tools rather than temporary relief.
I work with individuals who are ready to be intentional about their growth and committed to showing up for the process. Whether clients are navigating personal transitions, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, or a desire for greater fulfillment and direction, my goal is to help them feel more confident, grounded, and capable of creating the life they want to live.

I have a particular interest in working with students both college age and non- traditional. I also value walking along side clients and assisting them in creating boundaries and prioritizing themselves.
I'm a fully licensed therapist who found my calling in mental health after spending 14 years in education. My transition into therapy was deeply personal—having experienced the power of therapy myself during a period of grief, I developed a profound respect for the healing process. That experience continues to fuel my passion for helping clients navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.
I don’t take it lightly that you’re here—seeking support is a courageous step. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My commitment is to walk alongside you in this journey with the same care, empathy, and integrity that I would want for myself.
Hi, and welcome to a safe space for you to be able to express your thoughts and feelings. I am here to support you on your healing journey, provide validation, and help you grow by educating, processing, and calling out behaviors and areas in need of growth. Hi, I'm Jess! My background over the years is primarily in grief, anxiety, life transitions, and emergency psychiatry. I have been able to assist clients in some of the darkest times of their lives and it's an honor to sit in this space with you. Grief touches us all in so many different forms and when the unexpected happens, we don't always act in line with who we are or who we want to be. Together, we will focus on being rooted in the present to develop the tools you need to make it to the other side. Life transitions come with so many ranges of emotions and what we can do is unpack your emotions, learn how to manage them, and set goals for the future you want. My approach is welcoming, direct, and catered to your specific needs.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. My clinical approach is grounded in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, emphasizing whole-person care and the integration of mental, emotional, and overall well-being. Hi, I’m Christina, and I believe therapy works best when it feels real, human, and—sometimes—a little humorous. I use a trauma-informed and narrative approach to help clients make sense of their stories and find new ways to move forward. My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative; I view therapy as a space where you can safely explore the aspects of your past that still resonate today, while also discovering your resilience and inner strength.
Outside of sessions, you can usually find me hiking a trail, catching a good movie, or spending time with my son. I also enjoy yoga, a good burger, and shopping for spooky things. I bring that same curiosity, creativity, and authenticity into my work with clients.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and everyday life stressors. I take a practical, down-to-earth approach to therapy, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My work focuses on helping clients better understand their thoughts and emotions while building effective tools to manage challenges, strengthen boundaries, and feel more confident and in control of their daily lives.
I am Dr. Ann Dillard, a licensed marriage and family therapist. I am a relational and trauma-informed therapist specializing in mother–daughter relationships, attachment repair, and culturally grounded healing. My work centers on helping high-functioning women and adult daughters who feel successful on the outside but are internally burdened by anxiety, unresolved trauma, complex family dynamics, or betrayal wounds.
Many of the women I serve have carried responsibility for years, often as the strong one, the peacemaker, or the overachiever. They may struggle with boundaries, emotional safety, or patterns that seem to repeat across generations. Together, we gently untangle those inherited narratives and relational patterns so you can understand not only what happened to you but also how they continue to live in your body and relationships today.
My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I integrate brain–body modalities such as Brainspotting, somatic therapies, attachment-based work, and parts-informed approaches to access healing at both the cognitive and subcortical levels. This allows us to work directly with the nervous system, where trauma, attachment injuries, and relational imprints are often stored.
As a therapist and researcher, my doctoral work focused on culturally nuanced mother–daughter dynamics, particularly within Caribbean-American and cross-cultural contexts. I understand how culture, migration, faith, and generational expectations shape identity, attachment, and emotional expression. I provide a space where those complexities are honored rather than pathologized.
My goal is for more than symptom reduction. It is a transformation. I help women move from survival patterns to relational clarity, from emotional reactivity to embodied stability, and from inherited scripts to authentic self-expression. Healing in my practice is intentional, grounded, and sustainable.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 14 years of experience providing client-centered, trauma-informed care for adults navigating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, women’s health issues, chronic stress, and mobile crisis intervention services. My approach blends Supportive therapy with CBT and solution-focused strategies to help you feel grounded, understood, and empowered. I work at your pace, honoring your lived experiences while helping you build practical tools for emotional balance, resilience, and healing. I hope that each session leaves you feeling grounded, validated, and equipped with something meaningful to carry forward.
My name is Silke and I have lived in Georgia for almost 14 years now. I was born and raised in Austria. Hi, I’m Jenn Fuqua, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing virtual therapy for individuals and couples across Georgia and South Carolina. I specialize in supporting clients living with chronic illness, Lyme disease, trauma, and complex medical-related stress. I specialize in helping women heal from PTSD and complex trauma, particularly those struggling with self-esteem, self-worth, and relationship challenges. Trauma can shape how you see yourself and others, but healing is possible—you don’t have to carry this alone.
Using a compassionate, structured, and trauma-informed approach, I integrate:
✨ TF-CBT & CBT – Reframing painful experiences and shifting unhelpful thought patterns.
✨ EMDR – Helping your brain naturally process and heal from trauma.
✨ IFS – Understanding different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion.
✨ Gottman Method – Strengthening communication, trust, and emotional connection.

I approach therapy with warmth, authenticity, and genuine care, creating a space where you can feel safe, heard, and understood. I believe that healing happens in connection, and I strive to meet you exactly where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique experiences.
My style is supportive and collaborative. I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, build insight, and move toward the life you want. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for growth, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you. I value honesty and openness in the therapeutic relationship, and I aim to show up as my true self so you can feel comfortable doing the same.
You don’t have to do this alone—I’m grateful for the opportunity to support you.
