Welcome, and thank you for taking this meaningful step toward healing and growth. I offer counseling rooted in a Christ-centered approach and biblical principles, integrating professional therapeutic modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Reality Therapy to support emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. With 11 years of experience in the mental health field—including nine years in mental health counseling—I am dedicated to providing compassionate, effective care. My mission is to help individuals and families experience healing and restoration, one life at a time. Together, we will create a safe, supportive space to pursue lasting change and a deeper sense of purpose.
In our first session, clients can expect to begin discovering both internal and external coping strategies, anchored in biblical truth, to help them face life’s challenges with greater resilience and clarity. Together, we will start exploring emotional, mental, and behavioral patterns through the lens of God’s Word, helping them gain deeper insight into how these patterns shape their daily lives. This session will also focus on establishing a foundation of self-worth and identity rooted in who they are in Christ. As we begin this journey, clients will be met with compassion, grace, and practical tools that bring hope and direction. Above all, they will leave knowing they are not alone—and that healing, strength, and peace are possible through Christ.
My greatest strengths as a counselor include being solution-focused and helping clients approach life from a reality-based perspective. I am committed to empowering individuals by equipping them with practical tools for growth and transformation. I prioritize building strong, healthy therapeutic relationships rooted in trust, respect, and compassion. My approach is holistic, integrating emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, and firmly grounded in biblical principles that bring lasting change and restoration.
I am best positioned to serve clients who are committed to personal growth and open to meaningful change. My ideal clients are those who are willing to apply the tools and strategies provided in counseling sessions, recognizing that healing and transformation require both faith and action. I work most effectively with individuals and families who believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ, value biblical principles, and desire a Christ-centered approach to emotional and relational challenges. Whether navigating personal struggles, family conflict, or spiritual disconnection, I walk alongside clients who are family-oriented and ready to pursue God's purpose for their lives through faith, accountability, and hope.
I view each individual as created in the image of God, with inherent dignity, purpose, and worth. My goal in counseling is not only to address emotional, relational, or behavioral struggles, but to help clients grow in spiritual maturity, discover their God-given identity, and walk in freedom and truth.
