As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am driven by a strong desire to help others navigate the complexities of life and improve their mental health and wellbeing. I have always been interested in the human mind and the ways in which it can be affected by the world around us, and I believe therapy is a powerful tool for addressing these issues.
I am maintaining a small practice so I can truly focus on the individuals and couples I serve. If you do not want to be among the masses in a huge practice, reach out to me for more individualized care.
My greatest strength is my ability to use find the delicate balance between pushing my clients toward health and incorporating empathy.
I have a special focus on individuals navigating issues surrounding self-esteem, anxiety, and imposter syndrome. I utilize solution-focused and strength-based techniques to support my clients and ensure they are making progress towards their therapy goals.
