My career journey highlights extensive hands-on experience in nearly every realm of the practice of mental/behavioral health to include child & adolescent counseling, family, marriage, and couples counseling, as well as forensic and geriatric psychology, applied behavior analysis, international education coordination services, substance abuse treatment, case management, inpatient psychiatric/crisis intervention, and treatment servicing at-risk youth in secure facilities. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music, dancing, eating, and traveling.

I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, residential, partial care, outpatient, and in-home. It is my belief that you have everything you need within you to live your best life and be your best self, however, unhealed wounds can slow that timeline of seeing that manifest. It is my goal to guide, educate, support, and empower my clients on their way to healing. I find great joy when my clients have that light bulb moment when they realize they in fact can be the captain of their healing/journey. I also understand that not everyone is of the mindset that they need healing and may require someone to help them build their personal road map of goals, I can also assist with that and would say I would serve in more of a coaching role for you.
