Hey Everyone! I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) based in North Georgia. I have been practicing for the last 9 years after getting my Masters from Wake Forest University.
Having worked with adults and adolescents for the past 9 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I have lots of experience not only helping people navigating through life changes, but helping them learn how to help themselves in the future so these changes can be a permanent part of their lives.
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use this therapy in conjunction with DBT therapy to look at how to change your outlook on your life and different situations that happen.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use a combination of CBT to help a client see their life in a different way.
