Hello, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I’m passionate about helping people build self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and feel more confident in navigating life’s ups and downs. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a safe, open space where you can freely share your thoughts and feelings while feeling supported and understood. Together, we’ll work to identify your strengths, set meaningful goals, and explore tools that empower you to create lasting, positive changes. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to help you tap into that potential and build a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Our first session will focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your mental health history, current challenges, and the goals you’d like to achieve. I’ll also explain my therapeutic approach and answer any questions you may have about the process. By the end of our session, we’ll have a clear plan for moving forward together.
My greatest strengths lie in helping clients recognize their own resilience and step outside their comfort zones to reach their potential. I use empathy, collaboration, and practical tools to guide the therapeutic process. Clients often appreciate my ability to create a safe, encouraging environment that helps them grow in confidence, insight, and self-compassion.
I work best with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family conflict, and challenges related to life transitions. In our sessions, CBT will help you identify and transform unhealthy thought patterns into constructive and realistic ones. Together, we'll pinpoint unproductive behaviors, brainstorm coping strategies, and practice these strategies in real-world situations. Finally, we'll evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies to ensure your progress.
PCT focuses on building trust through empathy and creating a safe, accepting environment where you can be your authentic self. This approach empowers you to see yourself as the expert of your own life, helping you discover your own insights and solutions.
