As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with advanced training in Marriage and Family Therapy, I utilize a client-centered approach that prioritizes the unique needs of both individuals and families. My philosophy is rooted in providing a bespoke therapeutic experience in every session, ensuring that regardless of the circumstances, every client is treated with profound empathy and humanity. We are Team!!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, clients can expect the foundation of our therapeutic relationship to begin through assessments and open dialogue. My goal is to identify each client’s inner needs by creating a personalized diagram that highlights areas of life that may benefit from restructuring, as well as those that continue to serve them positively.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning I draw from several evidence‑based methods rather than relying on a single style. This gives me the flexibility to meet you exactly where you are and tailor our work to what you need most. What truly defines my approach is the way I: Honor your emotional experience — I create space for your feelings to be seen, understood, and valued without judgment. Identify the power within your pain — Instead of treating emotional pain as something to avoid, we explore it as a source of insight, resilience, and personal strength. Work collaboratively toward a better future — Together, we translate your emotional experiences into meaningful change, helping you build a future that feels more grounded, hopeful, and aligned with who you want to become. This blend of emotional depth, empowerment, and practical forward movement is what clients often say makes my work feel different.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve individuals who struggle with various levels of anxiety that impact their daily lives. This includes those dealing with negative thought patterns, sleep difficulties, low self-esteem, paranoia, or hypervigilance caused by anxiety. Additionally, I assist people facing frustration, depression or prolonged sadness, as well as those experiencing challenges with anger management. My mindset as a therapist is focused on helping clients transform their negative experiences into positive growth. I understand that difficult situations and emotions are inevitable, but my goal is to support clients in discovering effective coping mechanisms that enable them to find and highlight the positive aspects of their lives. In therapy, I become an emotional cheerleader, encouraging and recognizing progress in their emotional world. My mission is to guide clients toward greater understanding and resilience as they navigate their challenges.
