New to Grow
Welcome, I'm glad you're here. I know reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I'm glad you're considering it. I offer a supportive, compassionate space for adults navigating anxiety, depression, and the challenges that come with life changes. Through collaborative telehealth sessions, I work alongside you to better understand what you're experiencing, build effective coping skills, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and supported as you move forward.
In your first telehealth session, we'll take time to talk about what brought you in and what you're hoping to get from therapy. I'll ask some questions to better understand you and your experiences, and I'll also explain how therapy works and what our time together might look like.
What stands out about my approach is how intentional I am about creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. I work collaboratively, focusing on your strengths and what matters most to you, while using practice, evidenced-based strategies you can apply in everyday life.
I enjoy working with adults who are experiencing anxiety related to life changes, depression, or difficulty adjusting and coping with transitions. My ideal client may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward and is seeking support to better understand their emotions and develop healthier coping strategies. I provide a supportive, collaborative space to help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and regain a sense of balance and confidence in their daily lives
