I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and everyday life stressors. I take a practical, down-to-earth approach to therapy, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My name is Amanda Chilleme, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, as well as a Master’s Certified Addiction Professional. For over 11 years, I have supported individuals in identifying what truly matters to them, navigating obstacles, and building a foundation for a more fulfilling future.
My primary specialty is working with men and women struggling with substance use disorders as well as process and behavioral addictions, helping them find a pathway to a life that feels less burdened and more aligned. I also have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, grief and bereavement, trauma, attachment concerns, and personality disorders.
As a clinician, I take a human-focused approach. I am not here to tell you what you need to work on—you already know the what. My role is to help you understand the why, and ultimately the how: how to shift it, heal it, overcome it, or, when appropriate, let it go altogether.
Your first session is best described as a two-way interview. As I listen to your story and your narrative begins to take shape, we collaboratively determine two things:
Whether I am the right therapist for you, and
Whether this therapeutic relationship is the right fit for both of us.
If we decide to move forward together, identifying your goals becomes your first assignment. This process allows me to better understand how you think, how you interpret challenges, and how barriers such as stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship dynamics show up for you. From there, we focus on one goal at a time.
I see myself as your coach, teammate, and cheerleader!
Whether you are just beginning therapy or have been on this journey for some time, I invite you to plant that seed—and see just how beautifully you grow.

Hi, I’m Alexis! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia with several years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, life transitions, and difficult family or relationship dynamics.
You may be feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed by your thoughts, uncertain about a relationship, or frustrated by patterns that keep repeating. You may also be functioning well on the outside while privately struggling to manage your mood, past experiences, or the expectations placed on you. Therapy can provide a place to slow down, understand what is happening, and begin making meaningful changes.
My experience includes community-based care, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, nonprofit organizations, residential treatment, and private practice. I use evidence-based approaches including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other trauma-informed and attachment-based interventions. Your treatment will be tailored to your needs rather than based on a one-size-fits-all approach.
I earned bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Religion, a Master of Social Work, and a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Georgia. I am currently completing my Doctorate degree and also serve as a part-time Assistant Professor, helping prepare future social work professionals.
My style is warm, authentic, engaging, and collaborative. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself in therapy while also receiving honest feedback, practical tools, and support in working toward the changes that matter to you.
You’re capable, responsible, and accustomed to holding things together. From the outside, you may appear to be doing well. Internally, you feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, or caught in patterns you understand but still cannot seem to change.
You may be overthinking decisions, carrying too much for other people, struggling in your relationships, or wondering why your insight has not translated into meaningful change.
I’m a licensed therapist with more than 20 years of experience helping professionals recognize and shift the patterns keeping them stuck. My approach is direct, insight-driven, and focused on helping you understand what is happening beneath the surface so you can make clearer decisions and create change that lasts.
If you’re ready to understand what keeps repeating and begin moving differently, schedule a consultation or book your first session.

Welcome! I am Aubrey G. Ashford, Jr., a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) and Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS) with over 20 years of experience working with adults, children, and families. I am based in Atlanta, GA, and work primarily with clients via telehealth. I received my Masters from Clark-Atlanta University. My specialty focuses on those who suffer with anxiety, anger management, depression, men issues, and self-esteem. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows the client an opportunity to explore/process issues that may impede their ability to function socially and emotionally. I also focus on helping clients to gain a better sense of awareness and how that could be used to navigate their daily challenges.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been counseling clients dealing with a variety of mental, emotional, and relational issues for a number of years. I have counseled adolescents, adults, families, couples and groups. I decided to pursue a doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy because I realized the impact that our families, and society as well, have on our mental and emotional development. The impact is both positive and negative and may manifest as depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, a lack of a sense of self and other mental and emotional disorders.
In counseling, I help clients explore those influences and the impact on their life. My specialties then center around helping clients gain insight into those influences, become more empowered, develop a stronger sense of self, and take steps to become who they really are; thereby addressing mental and emotional health issues.
It's important to note that many times, experiences unfortunately include trauma and loss. It may be childhood or other trauma. Identifying, acknowledging and processing trauma and loss is therefore often a part of the process of becoming more empowered and developing that strong sense of self described above.
.
I am a highly skilled and compassionate therapist known for delivering deep and transformative results. With a deep understanding of human behavior and a personalized approach. I work with adults and adolescents with issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and transitioning out of unhealthy relationships. I empower women to build assertive communications skills and to understand how the family of origin and past experiences impact current relationship patterns. I work with couples to develop strategies to add life and love to their relationships and co-parenting strategies for parents living apart. I believe that empathy and the ability to relate to clients is a crucial components of the therapeutic environment. I understand from my own hardships the value of having a trusting therapeutic relationship in which to explore feelings and seek redirection to new opportunities
