Peace and Blessings! As an Licensed Professional Counselor, I am committed to ending the stigma on mental health, by educating and assisting my clients one step at a time. With over 8 years of clinical experience in the mental health field, I have been able to build my skillset in the area's of trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship conflict, and more!
In our first session, we will introduce ourselves and deeply understand your requirements and challenges. Gathering this information will assist us with making your treatment plan and figuring out your therapeutic goals. I have a personalized approach where I meet my clients at their level of comfort. My primary goal is to create a secure environment that fosters ultimate support and progress.

I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and couples who are navigating challenges related to self-worth, relationship patterns, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, and emotional disconnection—often rooted in unresolved trauma and early relational experiences that continue to shape how they see themselves and relate to others. Using a trauma-informed approach, I guide clients through inner child healing to uncover and process the deeper wounds beneath present-day struggles. I help individuals who experience low self-esteem, anxious attachment, and difficulty with boundaries develop a stronger sense of identity, emotional security, and self-trust. Together, we work to break unhealthy patterns at their root—not just manage symptoms. For couples, I support partners in understanding how past wounds and attachment styles show up in their relationship, helping them improve communication, rebuild trust, and create a more emotionally safe and connected partnership. For clients who desire it, I integrate a faith-centered perspective into the therapeutic process, allowing space for both emotional healing and spiritual growth. My work is centered on helping clients move from feeling stuck and unworthy to living with confidence, clarity, and a deeper sense of purpose—emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I often use Evidenced based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. With a CBT approach, we will examine how your thoughts are directly related to your emotions and behaviors. Better managing thoughts can ultimately assist with better managing your emotions and behaviors. I also utilize natural modalities such as guided mediation, breath work training, sound bowl therapy, and more !
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness is a beautiful way of staying in the present moment. Staying in the present moment can assist one with intentionally living their own life! I utilize mindfulness modalities such as guided mediation, breath work training, grounding exercises, sound bowl therapy, and more !
Christian Counseling
I also offer a Christian faith-based approach that is rooted in the belief that healing is not only psychological, but also spiritual. I view each client as a whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and if requested, I can integrate clinical skills with biblical truth, compassion, and a Christ-centered perspective.

Jamerica was very solutions oriented, organized, detailed and purposeful in her questioning and overall conversation. She clearly explained what she was inquiring about, and why . She outlined how she works with her clients and proceeds through therapy.
