Hello, I'm Kenny. Are you struggling with wounds from your past? Does life seem stressful, overwhelming or heavy? I am experienced in helping adults and teens navigate concerns with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I use a collaborative approach to empower my clients to identity unhelpful thought and behavior patterns contributing to your life's struggles. No matter what challenge you are facing, I believe that you can find healing. I am encouraged that you are making the decision to help yourself, and I would be honored to come alongside you in that process.
In our first session together, we'll spend some time getting to know each other. Then, we'll explore some of your unique challenges that will be the focus of our future sessions. Finally, we'll develop some goals and objectives so that our work together is focused and productive.
As previously stated, my focus is on helping adults and teens with trauma, depression, and anxiety. However, I am also adept, and enjoy, incorporating a Christian worldview in treatment.

Kenny is great at being solution-oriented, but in a way that’s understanding and relatable. He has an easygoing personality and not pushy in the way in which I want to talk through things. The space he allows to be vulnerable and transparent is truly therapeutic. Highly recommended.

This was my first "intro" appointment with Kenny & I definitely felt not only comfortable, but confident that he is equipped to help me in the issues I am having. I do not like to open up to people, but the manner in which he questions was good & made me feel better about it. I just got off a call with a different therapist & I can say I look forward to my next appointment w/Kenny!
