I am a licensed therapist trained to work with individuals, couples, children, and families. As a holistic practitioner, I use a range of techniques to help individuals understand their symptoms and foster a greater sense of self-awareness. My goal is for my clients to better understand the connections between their body, mind, spirit, and relationships and how these elements play a role in mental health. Hello! I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Southern California and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida. With five years of practice, I have worked extensively with adolescents, young adults, and their families. I employ a strength-based approach to support my clients in recognizing and harnessing their strengths and potential.

I have two decades of experience treating clients with mental health and/or substance abuse problems. I also have experience treating clients who are having relationship problems or are going through a difficult situation and need help getting past it in a healthy way. My goal is for my clients to have a good quality of life; I want them to feel that life is not something to get through but something for them to enjoy.
