I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds through a wide range of life challenges—including depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, parenting issues, and career transitions. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey toward healing, self-awareness, and becoming the best version of yourself. Life can be difficult to navigate, but I deeply believe that we all have the inherent strength and resilience to grow and change. My role is to walk alongside you, meeting you where you are and helping you find clarity, confidence, and new ways forward.
I meet clients where they are, without judgment or pressure. Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you—your story, your challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. Think of it as an interview where you’re the expert on your own life. This is your space, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered from the very beginning.

I work best with individuals who are ready to explore their inner world, even if they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about where to begin. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, or working through challenges in their relationships or sense of identity. Some come to therapy with a strong inner critic or a history of putting others first, and are now ready to turn some of that compassion inward.
