Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I work with diverse populations providing compassionate and evidence based care to individuals, families, and groups navigating mental health issues, grief, life transitions, and trauma. In working together we will build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and learn how to navigate challenges. My goal is to empower you and improve your overall wellbeing.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we’ll start with introductions and our expectations. Discuss circumstances that brought you to therapy. Tailor goals to meet your needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Working with individuals and assisting them in identifying the origin of their challenges, behaviors, and patterns. Working together to create a treatment plan that is both realistic and measurable.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I primarily work with individuals 18y/o and older dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, any life transitions or stressors. I also work with families in improving communication and resolving conflict.
