Hi there, I’m Deborah! If you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure about how to move forward, you do not have to navigate those challenges alone. I have more than 28 years of experience helping adults and adolescents work through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and everyday stress.
I believe therapy should feel supportive and useful. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, and I tailor our work to your individual needs. Together, we can look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthier ways of coping, strengthen your confidence, and identify practical steps toward the changes you want to make.
I use approaches that can help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. I also incorporate mindfulness, emotional support, and practical strategies based on your needs and goals. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling heard and understood, while also gaining tools you can use in your everyday life.
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use and recovery. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while developing practical tools to create meaningful change. I am a clinical social worker, therapist & life coach. I collaborate with clients in facilitating their ability to navigate their journey through change. I provide clients the opportunity to learn, change and grow, and I provide guidance for them to learn healthy adaptive ways to improve their response to encounters with life stressors and challenging life situations. Clients are engaged in various evidence based therapeutic interventions and the exploration and discovery of their untapped potential, so they can harness the necessary skills and strategies to facilitate behavioral change.
In the scope of my practice I aim to empower clients through sessions that are based on a holistic, client driven approach. I view clients through the lens of their personal environment, as their well-being is significantly shaped by their life experiences. In addressing clients presenting issues, I take into consideration the correlation between their presenting issues and their environment; i.e., social, cultural and physical, that contribute to current challenging life circumstances. Focus is given to past experiences and current situations to help them navigate their therapy encounter and future successfully.

Hello, and welcome. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida, offering virtual therapy for adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to help you move toward positive change so you can feel more balanced, confident, and emotionally strong.
I believe therapy is a space for growth and healing. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, identify your strengths, and build tools that empower you to create the life you want. Hello, I'm Katheryn! Maybe you're the one everyone leans on. You take care of your kids, your partner, your parents, your work, your home- and somewhere along the way, you stopped taking care of yourself. You may feel tired all the time, overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or like you've lost pieces of who you are. Maybe motherhood feels harder than you expected. Maybe you're carrying grief, stress, or loneliness that no one really sees. Maybe your children are growing up and needing you less, and you're wondering what comes next for you. You don't have to hold all of that alone. I work with women in all stages of life who are dealing with stress, loss, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you are adjusting to motherhood, struggling with postpartum depression or anxiety, caring for aging parents, grieving an empty nest, or simply feeling stuck and exhausted, therapy can give you a place to breathe, process, and feel supported again.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I provide compassionate counseling that is designed around what each person may be struggling with. My hope for you is to help enhance well-being, build self-awareness, restore emotional balance and foster healing and acceptance. With over 20 years experience in the field, I have seen how depression, anxiety, PTSD, among many other issues can impact our ability to thrive. I specialize in working through bad news, failures or unwanted changes that we all experience and find a way through with hope and direction. I established Fail Safe Counseling for this purpose.
Hi, I'm Anabel. I work with young adults who are ready to grow: leveling up how you communicate, setting boundaries that stick, building self-worth, and learning to manage your emotions instead of getting hijacked by them. Picture making decisions without the guilt spiral, saying what you need without over-explaining yourself, and handling hard moments from a calm, grounded place instead of full-on reacting. Picture relationships built on honesty and respect, including with yourself. If that sounds like what you're going for, let's connect!
You do not have to stay stuck in the thoughts, emotions, or patterns that are holding you back. My goal is to provide a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood as you work toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs.
I practice Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, a strengths-based approach that emphasizes what is already working and helps identify the resources and abilities you may not yet recognize in yourself. I also incorporate evidence-based strategies such as acceptance, mindfulness, and behavioral activation to support growth and help clients develop effective tools for lasting change.
I have experience working with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns. I understand how challenging it can be to reach out for support, particularly when you have been managing difficult thoughts, emotions, or behaviors on your own. My aim is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a practical plan for change.

My name is Michael and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. As a psychotherapist, my vocation is supporting individuals, working together on your journey toward self-discovery, healing, and learning to thrive from the comfort and convenience of your home or office, and when it is most convenient for you. My work commonly addresses individuals experiencing difficulties in life due to problems stemming from difficulties early in life, anxiety, depression, major life changes, academic challenges (undergrad, graduate, post-graduate studies), the discomfort of feelings that go along with hypervigilance, procrastination, and perfectionism.
Sometimes, we need help from someone new, experienced with developing collaborative relationships to find strengths we take for granted, and to embrace that we can be the person we’re meant to be.
Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or major life changes? Let’s talk!
I do not prescribe medication, and I do not see clients under the age of 18.
Hey there! I’m Craig Lampkin, and I’m thrilled to be a native New Yorker. I became a marriage and family therapist because I’m passionate about hearing people’s stories and helping them through their journeys. My journey started at the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in NYC, which really adds a creative flair to my therapy sessions.
I love incorporating visual cues along with a variety of therapeutic approaches to keep our time together engaging and fun! We’ll team up to explore new coping strategies, decision-making skills, and problem-solving techniques that can help you thrive in life.
In my practice, I use different therapeutic modalities as key tools to support your growth in thinking, emotions, and physical abilities while reducing any troublesome behaviors. I tailor these methods to fit your unique needs.
For instance, Cognitive Therapy helps in shifting negative thought patterns, while Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combines thoughts and actions to tackle various psychological challenges. If you’re dealing with trauma, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy can provide a safe space to process those experiences.
Narrative Therapy is all about empowering you to rewrite your life story, whereas Structural Therapy focuses on enhancing family dynamics to mend conflicts. With Strategic Therapy, we’ll employ specific strategies to tackle problems, and Solution-Focused Therapy will help us zero in on your goals and strengths for positive outcomes.
Together, these approaches work wonderfully to boost your well-being and personal growth. Let’s embark on this journey together!
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relational betrayal, or a major life transition you don’t have to process these emotions alone.
Treating behavior alone doesn't heal the root cause because our bodies carry the stories our minds struggle to process. In our sessions, we slow down. I will guide you to notice where emotions are being held in your body, help you name them, and identify the 'story' and needs behind that feeling. Together, we learn to honor those needs, providing the relief and self-trust that talk therapy alone often misses.
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my desire to help people heal beneath the surface and reclaim their sense of identity and authentic self.
My approach to therapy is integrative and person-centered, meaning I blend evidence-based modalities like CBT, ACT, and Narrative therapy based on your unique needs. However, the core of my work is a somatic, 'bottom-up' approach. This is based on the belief that emotions and trauma are stored in the body and that treating behavior alone doesn't heal the root cause.
The approaches used in session, help clients to manage overwhelming emotions, challenge negative thought patterns, and release the stress their bodies hold onto after trauma. These methods help clients find relief from anxiety, depression, grief, and relational betrayal in ways that last beyond the therapy room.

I treat therapy like you are driving a car, you choose the direction and speed while I act as GPS and help guide the path.

Together, we’ll focus on realistic goals, personal growth, and lasting change in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Hi, I'm Ricardo. I'm a Hispanic man who's done my own work in therapy to figure out who I am and who I want to be—which is a big part of why I do this work today.
I went into counseling field because I kept seeing people who felt unheard or misunderstood by the people around them, often carrying more than anyone realized. That's especially true for a lot of men and teenage boys I've worked with—individuals who feel like they're supposed to be strong, keep things to themselves, or handle things alone, but who rarely have a space to actually talk about what's underneath that. I grew up seeing some of those same pressures and unhealthy patterns around what it means to "be a man," and part of my work now is helping men and boys move away from those roles and into a healthier, more grounded version of who they are—as partners, providers, sons, and people.
I especially enjoy working with teenage boys who are figuring out who they are, often at an age when it's hard to talk to the adults around them about what's really going on. I try to meet them where they are—not lecturing, not judging—so they actually want to keep showing up and talking.
For parents: if your son is pulling away, shutting down, or you're just not sure how to reach him right now, that's exactly the kind of thing we can work through together.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm endlessly curious—I love traveling, learning about different cultures, sports, and music (I play a bit of guitar). I think that mix of curiosity, care, and having done some of my own work is a lot of what I bring into the room with clients.
My journey to becoming a mental health professional started with a deep curiosity about how the mind and body work together, and a passion for holistic approaches that support emotional well-being. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in a variety of clinical settings—including outpatient mental health clinics, hospitals, and private practice—which has given me a broad perspective on mental health care. I’m committed to helping clients reach their goals in a way that feels practical, sustainable, and aligned with their overall health and personal growth.
I am a Licensed Mental Health counselor, located in Florida. I use humor and honesty, and I believe in the power of validation. I can help you work through common stressors such as workplace issues, relationship issues, and anxiety, and I can help you figure out who you are. I believe you are who you are because of your life experiences, but that does not mean you can't change and become who you want to be.
I specialize in helping people who have chronic pain or medical issues. I have been living with Young-Onset Parkinson’s Disease (I am 56) for 12 years, and I understand the challenges, both physically and mentally, of living with a diagnosis, any diagnosis. I may not be able to take the diagnosis away. , but I can help you with the inevitable depression and anxiety that may come with it. The mind/body connection is real.
Hi, I’m Mikaela, a mental health therapist who works with teens, young adults, and individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use, emotion regulation challenges, and difficult life transitions. I also specialize in working with individuals involved in the court system. I use TF-CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients process trauma, better understand patterns in their thoughts and behaviors, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier coping skills. My approach is direct, compassionate, and focused on creating a safe space for clients to be themselves openly and honestly.
Hi, I’m Shari. With more than 26 years of experience as a licensed mental health counselor, I believe every person has inherent worth that exists beyond their struggles, diagnoses, or life circumstances. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to seeing people through mercy and grace, recognizing dignity beyond dysfunction, strength alongside suffering, and hope even in life's most difficult seasons. These principles shape how I understand each client's story and guide the therapeutic relationship we build together.
I recognize that many of the ways people cope with anxiety, trauma, grief, or life's challenges began as creative ways to survive difficult circumstances. Rather than defining people by their symptoms or past experiences, I seek to understand their unique story, honor the resilience that has carried them this far, and help them build healthier patterns that support lasting healing and growth.
I also believe spirituality is a source of meaning, hope, and resilience that is distinct from religious beliefs or practices. Whether you identify as religious, spiritual, both, or neither, I respect your values and will thoughtfully incorporate them into therapy only if they are important to you.
My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and evidence-based. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, caregiver stress, chronic illness, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you gain insight, build practical coping skills, and reconnect with your strengths so you can move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
Taking the first step towards a happier, more fulfilling life takes courage. When was the last time you prioritized your mental health and well-being?
Life's challenges can be overwhelming, making it difficult to move forward and heal from pain and struggles. Stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and anger can all impact your well-being.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience, I'm here to support and empower you on your journey to health and wellness. My approach is built on respect, sensitivity, and compassion, tailoring our work together to meet your unique needs.
In my practice, I've helped clients overcome stress, anxiety, and depression, achieving greater self-esteem and confidence. For those who wish to integrate faith into their treatment, I offer personalized Faith-Based Telehealth services, incorporating Christian spirituality into the healing process.
Let's work together to help you gain deeper insights, develop self-acceptance, and achieve a more fulfilling life.
You may be going through big changes in life, fatherhood-motherhood, new marriage, professional challenges, or facing illness, getting older, losing people close to you, moving to a new place, starting over after divorce, or adjusting after a breakup or a change in your military life. These experiences can make anyone wonder who they are, how they relate to others, how they make decisions, and how they deal with grief, change, and conflict.
Life keeps giving me chances to adjust to changes in my body, feelings, thoughts, and spirit. Some days are easier than others, and that’s just part of being human. I see it as a way to keep getting stronger, more flexible, and better at handling life. When my emotions feel really strong, I may feel pulled in different directions. But reaching out, connecting with someone, and taking action usually helps me stay resilient and keep moving forward.
* I am never enough and somehow always too much.*
* I have always felt like the black sheep of the family.*
Does this sound familiar?
From the outside, you look like you have it all together, but on the inside it feels like a completely different story. You may feel worn down by constant worries and sadness, overwhelmed, or on edge. You might not even remember a time when things felt easier. But one thing is clear: you are ready for relief. You are ready to feel calm. You are ready to feel grounded and at peace with yourself. Most of all, you are ready to rediscover your true, confident self. Let's move past the outside noise and focus on real change.
Welcome! My name is Corina and I hold a license in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I went to school at Palm Beach Atlantic University for both my undergrad and masters education. Palm Beach Atlantic University is a Christian University and I feel grateful to have attended this school as it has created the person I am today. I believe that my faith has developed me into the counselor I am today and I function with that mentality in counseling. Jesus is the great counselor and I believe that we are to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
I have been working in the counseling field for 8 years and have been licensed for 4 of those years. I have worked the majority of my career in an in-patient addictions center and have expanded to outpatient and in-home therapy with a couple of different community agencies. In those agencies, I have offered services to children from the ages of 4 to adults in their 60s, as well as family therapy. I have worked with an array of issues not limited to family conflict, relationship issues, communication, drugs and alcohol, anger, stress, coping skills and many other life issues.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a modality that I primarily work with and at times borrows from other modalities when it is fit. My goal is to build a real, raw and positive relationship while being compassionate and empathetic. I will be sensitive but also direct in my efforts to help you find solutions to your current and/or past issues. I also believe that incorporating the use of coping skills, boundaries and communication will increase the quality of life as well as the quality of relationships.
I believe all interactions are the beginning of potential flourishing relationships. With that said, I think that as we grow in counselor and client relationships, this very relationship will better help you with your relationships with family, friends and co-workers.
I am excited to meet you and to work with you as you learn new ways to live your very best life! Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey.

Hello, my name is Tabitha Cantu, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’m a Hispanic therapist born and raised in the desert, surrounded by mountains that have always felt like home. At heart, though, I’m also a beach lover who finds peace by the ocean. I am licensed in Texas, New Mexico, and Florida and have lived and worked in each of these states. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting communities from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences. My own Hispanic heritage has greatly shaped both who I am and the way I approach therapy. It has also inspired my private practice’s focus on cultural identity, life transitions, and the unique experiences that women and teen girls often navigate. Our cultural identity and the environments we grow up in have a profound impact on who we become. Family expectations, cultural values, generational beliefs, school pressures, and societal messages can all influence how women and teen girls view themselves, their relationships, and their sense of worth. In our work together, I honor your background and lived experiences while helping you explore what feels authentic to you. My goal is not to change who you are, but to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the version of yourself that exists beneath the pressure, expectations, and roles you’ve been taught to fulfill.
You may feel desperate, alone, and misunderstood. You feel like you are floating in the bottom of a lake and cannot see the light above you. Everyday, you feel like you are just going through the motions. If this describes you, then I may be the therapist for you. In my nearly twenty years of experience, I have helped people like you reach their potential and achieve the recovery that they needed. There is no set system or quick fix as others may promise, but I will walk down the road with you. My primary focus is on helping you deal with ambiguity. Often our thoughts and subsequently what we teach ourselves becomes rigid and fairly black and white. Using a pragmatic and authentic approach to therapy I try and help you be okay with things that are beyond your control and work with you to establish yourself as the protagonist in your own story. This is primarily accomplished through conversation and allowing you the client to guide the therapy in the direction it needs to go.
Hello, and welcome! My name is Alicja, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
I have experience working with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life stressors, social difficulties, and boundary setting. I also have experience providing therapy to individuals navigating behavioral health and substance use disorders. I utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting change. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals in improving their daily functioning, developing healthier relationships, building effective coping skills, and restoring hope for the future.
I believe that therapy is a powerful tool for making positive changes. Together, we will identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.
If you are struggling or simply looking for support during a difficult time, I encourage you to reach out. Taking the first step toward change takes courage and commitment, and I am here to provide support, guidance, and encouragement along the way.
When we are treated poorly, pain lingers—often leaving us with more questions than answers: fear, anxiety, uncertainty, mistrust. You are not alone.
You deserve the time and space to express what is on your mind and feel completely seen, valued, and supported. I am committed to helping you find the answers and resolution you deserve. Together, we will create the ultimate conditions for healing, growth, and empowerment for you to reach your goals.
My role is to help during stressful times, and equip you with lasting tools to navigate whatever life brings. I love working with individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds and identities, and have extensive experience with straight and LGBTQ+ folx. You'll always find me open, honest, nonjudgmental, and fully present with you.
I look forward to connecting with you and offering the guidance and support you deserve.

Hi, my name is Renée and I have over 10 years of experience working in the field of mental health.
Do you feel you are in need of help with everyday relationship skills and/or emotional issues. Relationships are the heart of life, and I am passionate about the skill of connecting with each other in order to learn not only about our relationships but to truly understand our own minds as well. Relationships are what tie us together and what motivate us to move forward in life. I am here to help you build positive relationships with not only the ones around you but with the one you have with yourself. My goal in sessions is to help guide my clients to achieve their goals through a psychodynamic lens and really tap into what has caused these unhealthy/maladaptive coping mechanisms.
