First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, build rapport, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Ideal clients
I love working with young adults who are in their transitional phase in life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I will use CBT to enhance the therapeutic process by collaboratively setting personalized and measurable goals to guid our work together. I will use skills to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns. I will focus on equipping clients with essential coping skills and problem-solving techniques. I will remain flexible in my approach and adapt techniques to meet individual needs of my clients to enhance the effectiveness of our services.
