Welcome! My name is Bridget Lyons and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, virtually, or in person at my office located in Cape Coral. I have been working in the mental health field for the past 10 years, and I am happy to listen, validate, and help you process your concerns. I am a mother of an energetic 4-year-old girl, and I value and understand the beauty as well as the challenges that motherhood can bring. My goal is to take the time and attention to help you become your best self and achieve your fullest potential!
