Hello, my name is Beatrice Lafleur. I believe that in my practice, my patients can achieve their goals if they believe in themselves, put in the work, and have support. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In the first session I like to complete a bio-psychosocial assessment. While I want to know the reasons why you started on this journey, I also want to get a snap shot of your life. So don't worry we won't dive too deep into the stressors in your life in the first session.

I provide an unbiased support system to help you decide on how you want to move forward in a positive manner.
