Hi, I'm Ashley Miller, LCSW. For the past 10 years, I've worked with adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and major life transitions, including young adults finding their footing outside of school or a familiar routine, and first responders and military community members carrying the weight of their service. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and somatic-aware, and I draw on evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and Polyvagal Theory. But the modality always follows you, not the other way around. Whether you're just starting to untangle what's going on or working through something heavy and complex, I meet you exactly where you are. Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and judgment-free. Each session is shaped around what you need in that moment, and I bring curiosity, warmth, a sense of humor, and honesty to the work. I'm especially passionate about helping people find their voice and their strength when the systems around them, school, work, family, healthcare, haven't made that easy. On a personal note, I'm a Veteran myself, and supporting others who serve and protect and their family members, whether in uniform or on the front lines of a crisis, means something deeply personal to me. I understand firsthand the weight that community carries, and it's a privilege I don't take lightly. If you're looking for steady, experienced support as you work through this, I'd be glad to help. I'd love to hear from you.

I work with teens, emerging adults, and adults who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply wanting a better understanding of themselves. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as you are, feel heard and understood, and explore your experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we can look at the ways you think, feel, and respond to challenges, and begin to understand how those patterns may be affecting your life and relationships. My approach to therapy is warm, accepting, and collaborative. I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to healing, so I work with each client to understand their unique experiences, strengths, needs, and goals. I use evidence-based approaches and practical tools to help you build greater self-awareness, develop skills that feel meaningful and manageable, and find healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges. Most importantly, I believe you already have strengths within you that can help you move forward. My role is to walk alongside you, help you uncover what may be underneath the struggles you’re experiencing, and support you in building resilience, confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re going through, and create space for meaningful change.

I’m a licensed therapist with over 18 years of experience helping adults navigate burnout, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I work with high-functioning individuals who often appear to have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck beneath the surface. Many of my clients are used to pushing through, taking care of others, and managing everything on their own—until it stops working. They come to me looking for more than just coping strategies. They want to understand what’s driving their patterns and experience real, lasting change. My approach integrates EMDR, parts work, and nervous system-focused therapy to help you move beyond surface-level solutions. Together, we work to reduce overwhelm, process unresolved experiences, and shift the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. The impact of this work is more than symptom relief. Clients often begin to feel calmer, more grounded, and clearer in their decisions. They develop a stronger sense of self, improved boundaries, and a greater ability to navigate stress without becoming overwhelmed. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to make meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t have to keep doing this alone—change is possible, and it can feel more sustainable than you might expect.

I also have close ties to Oregon where I worked for over 10 years on a crisis mental health team. I provided care and compassion to individuals who were struggling to cope through crises brought about by trauma, depression, loss, psychosis and more. My interventions were typically brief as my goal was to help folks move through their crisis and make plans for follow up care. Now I get to provide ongoing services and do a deep dive into the problems that left alone can lead to a crisis. I enjoy supporting people as they learn and discover better ways to cope and uncover their own strong sense of resilience.

Some of my clients talk about the challenges of sharing past trauma with others because they feel like it is "too much" and they've had negative experiences with the reactions of other helpers. I worked for 20 years in substance abuse programs and mental health roles in correctional facilities. In these roles, I worked to provide dignity, skills, and accountability for individuals in custody in order to aid in creating change both for them individually and increasing community safety. This experience has been instrumental for me in understanding and being able to sit with the pain of others. My experience has really allowed for me to hold healing space for these folks because I don't have judgment or a personal reaction to stories and expressions of trauma due to my experiences. I describe my style as being pretty down to earth, neurodivergent affirming, and creative. I am direct and clear in pointing out areas for growth and sharing patterns of thinking or behavior that increase challenges for clients as well as identifying progress and change. I have been working in therapy specifically since 2021 and started my own practice in 2024. I provide ADHD assessments and WPATH gender affirming care assessments as well as therapy with CBT, DBT, and EMDR frameworks. My core values have always been built around helping others, creating authentic and caring spaces, and (to quote Gandhi) being the change I'd like to see in the world.

My name is Jeffrey Yeom, and I'm a 1.5-generation Korean-American therapist. I believe one of our deepest human needs is to understand and to be understood. That's why I do this work: to help you realize you don't have to navigate life alone. My practice centers on decolonizing mental health, which means freeing you from values imposed by dominant culture so you can reconnect with what truly matters to you. I take time to learn your background, identity, and cultural world, then weave that understanding into rituals, traditions, and self-care practices that honor who you are. Together, we'll explore the emotions that point toward your truest values and gently rewrite patterns that no longer serve you. I work from an emotion-focused, attachment-based, and psychodynamic approach. In my sessions, I invite you to show up exactly as you are. We'll explore the relationships and experiences that have shaped you with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment. If you're looking for a space where your whole story can belong, I hope you reach out. Many of my clients carry stories shaped by migration, acculturation, or family expectations. You're not alone in navigating these.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Florida, Oregon, Kansas (LSCSW), New Hampshire, and Texas. I received my Master's degree from Louisiana State University and have been practicing for 9 years. I help adults find ways to heal their anxiety and depression, help them become more self-aware, and to stop negative thinking, so they can become the best versions of themselves. I help adults ages 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, suicidal ideations, self-harm, grief/loss, and life transitions. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities such as CBT, CPT, DBT, ACT, Interpersonal, Narrative, Supportive, Compassionate, Grief, and various others depending on your needs. I help clients stay in the present moment (utilizing other techniques) as this can be very difficult to do in our busy lives today. I became a social worker because I want to help people feel better about themselves and their lives. I no longer wanted to be "just an employee" and work for a large organization. I wanted to use my strengths and abilities to help others because it would be challenging and rewarding. Therapy is a form of "self-care", and we will work together as a team to address your specific challenges, goals, and needs. I am dedicated, passionate, and caring. I also conduct emotional support animal evaluations in Florida, Texas, New Hampshire, Kansas, and Oregon. With over a decade of experience supporting adults, adolescents, children, and families, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they navigate meaningful and challenging chapters of their lives. My therapeutic approach is grounded in DBT, CBT, solution‑focused therapy, and client‑driven interventions. Blending these modalities allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs rather than relying on a one‑size‑fits‑all method. I strive to create a collaborative, supportive environment where growth feels possible and where you feel genuinely heard. My goal is to offer an experience filled with encouragement, compassionate challenging, and meaningful conversations that help you identify and overcome the barriers that have been getting in your way. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen resilience, and create new pathways toward the life you want to live. From the beginning, our therapeutic relationship is centered on partnership. We focus on understanding your goals, exploring what has been holding you back, and identifying the strengths you already possess. Therapy is not about perfection—it’s about progress, empowerment, and discovering what becomes possible when you have a safe space to explore, heal, and grow. If you’re seeking a therapist who will meet you where you are, honor your experiences, and walk with you as you create meaningful change, I would be honored to be part of your journey. My commitment is to offer individualized support that helps you move toward the version of yourself you’ve always hoped to become.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who approaches care through openness, curiosity, and empathy. I use culturally informed, evidence-based practices and collaborate with clients to develop realistic, meaningful, and values-based goals. For clients who desire it, I integrate a Christian framework into treatment, incorporating Scripture alongside evidence based psychological approaches. You do not have to choose between your faith and your mental health. Therapy can include both clinical tools and spiritual grounding in a way that is thoughtful, respectful, and individualized. I was trained within a scientist practitioner model and focus on helping clients apply what they learn in ways that feel practical and sustainable. My goal is to create a space that is supportive, structured, and purposeful, where meaningful and lasting change can occur.

If you’re here, chances are life feels heavy right now, and maybe you’re tired of pretending you’re okay when you’re not. I get it. Being a teen or young adult can feel like too much sometimes; emotions are big, people don’t always understand, and everything seems to be changing all at once. Hi, I’m Shimyne Homidas, LCSW, and I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support is a powerful first step, and you don’t have to do this alone. I am the heart behind In Your Space, a place for real conversations, real emotions, and real growth.

Yes! If you use Evernorth you’ll be asked to verify your Member ID at the time you book the appointment. However, if you don’t have Evernorth you can select cash. Our therapists will have their cost of appointment on their profile. Individual session costs will vary.

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Finding a provider with a similar life experience can be beneficial because it can be easier to establish rapport and potentially be understood quicker and clearer.

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
