Hello and welcome. Taking this step relies on a certain amount of courage. This moment is an opportunity to give yourself credit for moving towards improving your wellbeing. Change is difficult. As humans, we naturally resist change even when the change is desired. Often, the point in which we seek help is when the discomfort of continuing in a certain way outweighs the fear of change. I offer a safe, judgment-free space for discovery, growth, and healing, focused on your needs, and tailored to your preferences. Since 2005, I have had the privilege of supporting adults who seek to better manage life transitions or stressors, improve their understanding of and relationship with themselves, or address mental health or substance use. My areas of specialty are in identifying and treating mood disorders including depression, anxiety, interpersonal patterns, and alcohol and substance use. In our shared time you can expect to connect your past with your present, identify what you want to do differently, the steps to get you where you want to be, and support through the change process. Therapy is not intended to be indefinite, so I help you keep a focus on progress towards your goal(s). I welcome feedback so I can best meet your needs and comfort level. If other services are needed or this is not a good fit, I will offer services while assisting you in finding you care that meets your needs and preferences. My services are available via video-based telehealth for Oregon residents who are physically present in Oregon during telehealth services.

Hi, I’m Paige! I’m a licensed therapist, and I work with adults who may look like they’re doing alright on the outside but find themselves struggling with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or uncertainty about what comes next. You may be navigating a major life change, questioning your decisions, or simply feeling stuck in patterns you’re ready to understand and change. My style is approachable, collaborative, and curious. I take an active role in therapy, offering insight and practical tools while giving you space to explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped you. I especially enjoy helping clients understand the “why” behind the way they think, feel, and respond, including how our nervous systems can be impacted by stress and difficult experiences. A big part of my work is also helping people recognize that they’re often more capable than they give themselves credit for. We’ll look at what’s keeping you stuck, what you want to do differently, and how you can build more confidence in your ability to handle what comes your way. My hope is that you leave therapy knowing yourself better and trusting yourself more.

My name is Jeffrey Yeom, and I'm a 1.5-generation Korean-American therapist. I believe one of our deepest human needs is to understand and to be understood. That's why I do this work: to help you realize you don't have to navigate life alone. My practice centers on decolonizing mental health, which means freeing you from values imposed by dominant culture so you can reconnect with what truly matters to you. I take time to learn your background, identity, and cultural world, then weave that understanding into rituals, traditions, and self-care practices that honor who you are. Together, we'll explore the emotions that point toward your truest values and gently rewrite patterns that no longer serve you. I work from an emotion-focused, attachment-based, and psychodynamic approach. In my sessions, I invite you to show up exactly as you are. We'll explore the relationships and experiences that have shaped you with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment. If you're looking for a space where your whole story can belong, I hope you reach out. Many of my clients carry stories shaped by migration, acculturation, or family expectations. You're not alone in navigating these.

No matter how significant life’s challenges may be, change and growth are always possible. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience as a multicultural counselor and psychiatric social worker in Oregon and South Korea. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals as they navigate emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal struggles while helping them build resilience and move toward becoming the best version of themselves. My counseling approach is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and collaboration. I believe counseling is a partnership in which clients and counselors work together in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Rather than focusing only on current symptoms, I help clients explore where their challenges may have begun, understand what may be maintaining them, and develop healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding. Because every person is unique, I tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs, personality, culture, values, and goals. I integrate a variety of evidence-based and holistic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Neuroscience-informed practices, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Christian Counseling, and culturally sensitive approaches. My goal is not simply to help clients cope with difficulties, but to help them gain greater self-understanding, develop practical tools, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful and lasting change.

Hi, I'm Tiffany! I'm an LMFT with nearly a decade of experience, offering telehealth therapy to clients in Oregon, California, and Arizona. I hold an MS in Clinical Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and I've completed specialized training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. My focus is often on what goes unaddressed: new mothers struggling beyond the baby blues, dads who feel lost, anxiety or low mood that won't lift, repeating relationship patterns, or self-criticism that's hard to shake. If something feels off, that's reason enough to start. My style is warm and direct.

I specialize in neurodiversity-affirming therapy for autistic and ADHD clients, as well as anyone who identifies as neurodivergent or experiences the world differently. I use a systems approach and draw from Narrative Therapy and Queer Theory. My goal is to create a safe collaborative space where you can explore your story, understand its roots, and reauthor it in a way that aligns with your values and lived experience. Hello, I'm Samantha a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy to adolescents and adults throughout California and Oregon. I specialize in supporting clients who are managing stress, navigating life transitions, and coping with anxiety. Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re adjusting to a new role, facing uncertainty, or dealing with persistent worry. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I believe therapy works best as a partnership—one where your voice is valued and your experiences are respected. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and identify practical, realistic tools that align with your lifestyle and personal goals. Because no two individuals experience stress or anxiety in the same way, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where you can show up as your authentic self. My goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and build the confidence needed to move forward with intention. Thank you for stopping by! A little about myself. I am licensed in both California and Oregon. I am available for virtual sessions for all clients and a physical office in Salem, Oregon for in-person sessions. My virtual and in-office hours are typically Monday through Thursday, 10am-6pm. I am a mother to three adult children, a Nana to 5 and dog mom to 2 Jack Russel's. I grew up in foster care and was adopted in my teens. That path led me through my own therapeutic journey as I struggled with depression and anxiety. As I found wellness, I launched into social work professionally to support youth and families, and eventually here, as a licensed therapist. I have been working with Individuals and families in various therapeutic settings for over 25 years, supporting those who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment/bonding issues, life stage challenges, and relationship conflicts to name a few. I find myself continually in awe of the resilience of the human spirit. I am honored with the trust my clients offer me as they process thoughts and feelings around their challenges as we journey together to find answers that make sense and solutions that work.

I’m Gail Spinnato, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should be a place where you feel supported, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I bring warmth, compassion, empathy, and a genuine curiosity about the people I work with. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about the things that may feel difficult, uncomfortable, or even hard to put into words. My approach is strengths-based and person-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you—not to tell you how you should feel or what you should do. We’ll work collaboratively to identify what matters most to you, build on the strengths you already have, and move toward the changes you want to make. I move at your pace and believe therapy is most effective when we take things one step at a time. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with people across the lifespan and from many different backgrounds and life circumstances. I’ve always been drawn to working with people who may feel unseen, misunderstood, or underrepresented. I especially value creating a space where people can feel accepted for who they are and supported through whatever season of life they are experiencing. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating motherhood or fertility concerns, facing a major life transition, or feeling controlled by OCD or trauma, you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin therapy. You can simply start where you are. We’ll take it from there, together.

I can help find relief and lasting change. This begins with the very useful concept of two simultaneous paths when struggling in life... 1- How can clients ADDRESS, or take action to remedy or lessen, the sources of their struggles? 2- How clients COPE in effective healthy ways? Addressing and coping are central in my work, and clients find this CBT approach to be highly valuable and effective.

These experiences continue to shape my approach—bringing structure, adaptability, and a deep respect for each person’s story. My clinical background includes extensive work with military members, veterans, first responders, and women facing anxiety, self-worth challenges, and complex relational or identity struggles. I understand what it means to carry invisible weight—and how important it is to have a safe space to unpack it. I specialize in trauma-informed care, using EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic therapy, and attachment-based approaches to support deep, lasting healing. I take a bottom-up perspective, helping clients explore how the body holds on to difficult experiences and gently work through what’s been stuck. I also integrate CBT and Emotion-Focused Therapy to support insight, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. Clients often describe me as grounding, warm, and collaborative—with just the right amount of directness. I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, but about reconnecting with your own inner strength, clarity, and capacity to grow. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck, you’re not alone. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll move toward clarity, healing, and a stronger sense of self.

Hi, I'm Ashley Miller, LCSW. For the past 10 years, I've worked with adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and major life transitions, including young adults finding their footing outside of school or a familiar routine, and first responders and military community members carrying the weight of their service. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and somatic-aware, and I draw on evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and Polyvagal Theory. But the modality always follows you, not the other way around. Whether you're just starting to untangle what's going on or working through something heavy and complex, I meet you exactly where you are. Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and judgment-free. Each session is shaped around what you need in that moment, and I bring curiosity, warmth, a sense of humor, and honesty to the work. I'm especially passionate about helping people find their voice and their strength when the systems around them, school, work, family, healthcare, haven't made that easy. On a personal note, I'm a Veteran myself, and supporting others who serve and protect and their family members, whether in uniform or on the front lines of a crisis, means something deeply personal to me. I understand firsthand the weight that community carries, and it's a privilege I don't take lightly. If you're looking for steady, experienced support as you work through this, I'd be glad to help. I'd love to hear from you.

My journey into therapy began with a desire to help the hurting individuals I worked with in a group home, and a genuine passion for helping others find strength through life’s most difficult moments. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people facing a wide range of challenges—experiences that have shown me just how powerful and transformative therapy can be. These moments have only deepened my commitment to walking alongside others on their path to healing. I’m continually inspired by the belief that every person holds the capacity for growth, resilience, and change. We can change and heal. Sometimes we just need a little help along the way. I treat adults age 18 and up.

Hi, I’m Sarah Sohal, DSW, LICSW, a licensed clinical social worker offering Telehealth therapy for adults and older adults. I specialize in supporting clients through life transitions and helping them process recent stressors that may feel overwhelming or disruptive. My Punjabi last name reflects my family through marriage rather than my own cultural background. My husband and our daughter are Punjabi, and being part of their family has given me a meaningful appreciation for South Asian culture while reinforcing my commitment to providing culturally humble, respectful, and inclusive care for clients from diverse backgrounds. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused interventions, and mindfulness to help clients gain clarity, build resilience, and develop practical tools for moving forward. Whether you're navigating a career change, retirement, caregiving responsibilities, loss, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can offer a space to reflect, reset, and grow. I believe in meeting clients where they are, and creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard and empowered. If you're looking for thoughtful, goal-oriented support during a challenging time, I’d be honored to work with you. *Please note- at this time I am only offering individual therapy, and am unable to offer couples or family therapy

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Florida, Oregon, Kansas (LSCSW), New Hampshire, and Texas. I received my Master's degree from Louisiana State University and have been practicing for 9 years. I help adults find ways to heal their anxiety and depression, help them become more self-aware, and to stop negative thinking, so they can become the best versions of themselves. I help adults ages 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, suicidal ideations, self-harm, grief/loss, and life transitions. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities such as CBT, CPT, DBT, ACT, Interpersonal, Narrative, Supportive, Compassionate, Grief, and various others depending on your needs. I help clients stay in the present moment (utilizing other techniques) as this can be very difficult to do in our busy lives today. I became a social worker because I want to help people feel better about themselves and their lives. I no longer wanted to be "just an employee" and work for a large organization. I wanted to use my strengths and abilities to help others because it would be challenging and rewarding. Therapy is a form of "self-care", and we will work together as a team to address your specific challenges, goals, and needs. I am dedicated, passionate, and caring. I also conduct emotional support animal evaluations in Florida, Texas, New Hampshire, Kansas, and Oregon. If you would like more information about me or getting an emotional support animal evaluation completed, please visit my website at instillinghopepsychotherapy.com.

Frequently asked questions

When looking for online therapy, you can see anyone that is credentialed in the state. We want you to find the best fit, therefore, Grow Therapy shows available therapists across the entire state. If you’d rather see someone in-person, you can change the filter from virtual and find a therapist near your address.

When booking you’ll be asked to verify with your Member ID. However, if you don’t have any of the insurances available you can select cash. Our therapists will have their cost of appointment on their profile. Individual session costs will vary.

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Finding a provider with a similar life experience can be beneficial because it can be easier to establish rapport and potentially be understood quicker and clearer.

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
