About me

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon, providing therapy to clients across the state. I came to private practice after years working in a clinical setting, and I bring that same grounded, thoughtful presence to every session. I genuinely believe that finding the right fit with a therapist matters, I'm here to make sure you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the start.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our time together will begin with a get to know you, to gain an understanding of what your goals are for our time together. We will review the treatment guidelines and agreements and hopefully answer any questions you may have about therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have had the privilege of working with a variety of people, from adolescents in a residential facility or detention to older adults navigating life transitions. My goal for sessions is for people to find healing and add to the quality of their life through healthy relationships and meaningful activities.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have spent my career working with people from a variety stages in life and with a variety of challenges. I believe that given an opportunity, people can make changes that can have a positive impact on their life. I do not believe that anyone is defined by one point in their life. I believe our past experiences can influence our present experiences, but do not have to define all that we become. Learning about our history can help us make decisions about how we want out future to resemble.
