I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who helps clients understand their emotional patterns, strengthen communication, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I work with adults, teens, children, and families navigating anxiety, trauma responses, identity exploration, and relationship stress. My approach is collaborative, trauma‑informed, and rooted in evidence‑based methods like CBT, ACT, and EFT. I aim to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to change or understand. I’ll ask questions to get a sense of your history, strengths, and current challenges, and we’ll identify initial goals together. My priority is to create a comfortable, grounded space where you feel heard and supported.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths include creating a calm, grounded space where clients feel understood and supported. I’m skilled at noticing patterns, helping clients slow down their internal experience, and guiding them toward clearer emotional insight. I bring a steady, collaborative presence that helps clients feel safe exploring difficult emotions while building healthier ways of relating to themselves and others

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who want to understand their emotional patterns, improve communication, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I support adults, teens, children, and families navigating anxiety, identity exploration, trauma responses, and conflict. My ideal clients value a collaborative, grounded space where they can slow down, gain clarity, and develop skills that support long‑term emotional stability and connection.

My treatment methods

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

In my practice, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to help clients understand what their emotions are trying to communicate. I support clients in slowing down, noticing patterns, and responding to their feelings with clarity instead of overwhelm. EFT allows us to explore attachment needs, strengthen emotional safety, and build healthier ways of relating — both internally and in relationships

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT to help clients build psychological flexibility by noticing difficult thoughts and feelings without getting stuck in them. I support clients in identifying their values, taking committed action, and developing skills that reduce avoidance and increase resilience.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I integrate CBT to help clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact. Together we identify unhelpful patterns, build coping skills, and practice new ways of responding that support long‑term change.

Trauma Informed Care

My work is grounded in trauma‑informed care, emphasizing safety, empowerment, and collaboration. I help clients understand trauma responses, build regulation skills, and move at a pace that feels manageable.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I incorporate mindfulness to help clients increase awareness of their internal experience, reduce reactivity, and develop a more grounded, compassionate relationship with themselves.
