With over a decade of experience as a licensed psychotherapist, I specialize in supporting women navigating trauma, stress, relationship issues, demanding careers and significant life transitions. It has been my life's work to uplift and empower women. Clients often describe my approach as warm and conversational - yet directive. I believe in the effectiveness of weekly sessions for achieving lasting progress. I have additional experience in Feminist Psychology and recovery from high-control groups (i.e. cults, religion, controlling relationships) which can complement our work if relevant. I am also a proud member of the LGBT community.

Hi there, my name’s Ephraim Tokar. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20+ years of experience. My specialties consist of relationships, men’s issues, career counseling, and psychosomatic illnesses. I received my Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, working initially with the adolescent population before transitioning over to adults. I then received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy.
