WE ALL HAVE A STORY...... "Owning our story can be hard but, not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky, but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy-the experience that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light"- Brene Brown. I provide a safe space for you to share your story and together we can develop long lasting solutions. I draw on several treatment modalities (including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy) to allow you to further develop your strengths and help you meet all of your treatment plan goals at a speed that works best for you. My strengths as a therapist are compassion, unbiased and having a passion to assist individuals to overcome life's hurdles and become the best version of themselves. I have been in my profession for over 15 years and have gained a lot of insight on what is often underneath the mental pain many people endure. I see each person's character before their problems and prioritize the therapeutic relationship in order to confront clients in a way that is non-threatening but collaborative and focused on growth.

Not enough GOOD things can be said about Tracey. The level of care, compassion and genuine authenticity are unmatched. It is through her that I have been able to uncover things about myself and my journey that I would not have been able to on my own. Therapy is a two-way street. Tracey's side is a five lane highway. I can't begin to thank her enough for walking with me through some of the toughest times in my life, and to show me WHO I really am. A lightouse in times of darkness. THANK YOU!
