Hello! My name is Larry. Life can get pretty overwhelming and sometimes we need a helping hand. I have 20 plus years experience helping folks with overwhelming anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship issues and recovery from trauma. My approach is to join you in partnership to identify your needs and create personalized solutions. I enjoy working with a wide range of folks from all walks of life. I am LGBT friendly and affirming. I take a “whole person” holistic approach while employing evidence based practices. As such, we can work to help you integrate your family life, work life, spirituality as we work toward healing and becoming your very best self. Seeking therapy is a brave thing! Clients can expect to be introduced to a safe and friendly counseling environment. The client will lead me to where they want to in therapy. We begin with a short description of what the client would like to work on. Then I like to spend time getting to know the client: Where are they from? what do they enjoy doing? Then some general wellness/assessment questions. The client will be provided with specific tools they can use by the end of the session.
Person Centered Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing are my specialties.

We had a great first session with Larry! He was very warm and friendly, open and outgoing. Funny! He kept the goal in mind and made sure to check in with both of us as we went along. We're looking forward to another session.

Been seeing Larry for a few weeks and he's nothing less than charming. Super warm and makes me feel like I'm having those tough conversations I used to have with my dad, who has since passed. He's genuine and doesn't hold back when he needs to, and extremely understanding and thoughtful.
