New clients continue care with this provider

Feeling stuck? You're not alone. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, or medical challenges, I’m here to walk alongside you. For over 20 years, I’ve supported people through some of life’s toughest moments—with compassion, honesty, and care. I’m especially drawn to working with those who feel weighed down by emotional pain, illness, or big life transitions. As a cancer survivor, I deeply understand how healing can be messy, powerful, and deeply personal—and I believe in your ability to grow through it.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll begin with a brief introduction and then explore the concerns that brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. From there, my hope is that at the end of each session, you’ll leave with a new insight, skill, or tool—something meaningful to help you move forward or cope just a little better.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My clients often describe me as having a calming presence. I approach situations with logic and offer clear insights. I’m skilled at identifying the root causes of issues and addressing them effectively from there.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who feels stuck—overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, or the challenges of chronic illness or pain. They may be healing from painful experiences such as abuse, assault, or loss, or navigating difficult journeys like infertility or serious medical issues. They’re looking for a safe, compassionate space to process their experiences, and they’re ready to take small, meaningful steps toward healing, resilience, and renewed hope

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I help clients accept their realities and help to use their values to motivate change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I help clients identify their underlying irrational beliefs that are causing them stress. I help them work with these beliefs and reframe them.

EMDR

I have a certificate in EMDR, and I use it to treat anxiety and trauma.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Sometimes, people just need someone to listen to them and support them without a lot of intervention. In those situations, I used this treatment method.
