I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering depth-oriented therapy for adults navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, and questions of meaning. Hi, I’m Emily Fox, LCSW. With more than ten years of experience in the mental health, trauma and addictions field. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience into the therapy space. I work primarily with adults (18+) who are navigating challenges such as addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, postpartum mental health, parenting and motherhood, and persistent co-occurring diagnoses. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and walk beside you on your journey of healing and growth.
My approach is strengths-based and whole-person focused. I believe that real change happens when we make space for your entire story—your struggles, your resilience, and your potential. Clients often describe me as compassionate, authentic, and down-to-earth. In our sessions, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore whatever you are carrying, without fear of judgment.
I am trained in a wide range of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, ACT, REBT, EFT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Traumatic Incident Reduction, and more. I know what it feels like to want change but not know where to begin, and I honor the courage it takes to take that first step.

I’m Ashley Estimable, LCSW. I believe in the power of connection and provide a warm, comfortable environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. That said, I also know that growth often requires us to face hard truths and step outside our comfort zones. I’m a licensed therapist who supports women who have spent most of their lives being the strong one, the responsible one, and the over-functioner for everyone else. Many of the women I work with grew up emotionally neglected or learned early on that their value came from how much they could carry. I help them reconnect with themselves, feel grounded again, and build a sense of identity and worthiness that isn’t tied to performance, achievement, or constantly being “the strong one.”
Congratulations on taking the first step towards a brighter and healthier future! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) located in Florida with almost a decade of experience and a passion for helping others. Whether you're facing long-term trauma or just trying to get through the week, I’m here to help you make sense of things and move forward with more confidence and self-compassion. I am a native German speaker, so am more than willing to provide therapy in German as well, if requested. In my free time, I enjoy doing arts and crafts, traveling, and being in nature.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) providing counseling services throughout Florida with over nine years of experience working with adults, couples, and teens. As a bilingual Hispanic therapist, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and client-centered care that honors each person's unique experiences, values, and strengths.
My practice is built on the belief that meaningful change begins within a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to openly explore life's challenges. I tailor each session to the individual's unique needs and goals, helping clients build on their strengths, develop effective coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling that thoughtfully incorporates spirituality into the therapeutic process.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions — those moments when things feel unsteady and you're not quite sure how to move forward. My approach starts with building a warm, genuine relationship where you feel safe to explore what's really going on beneath the surface. From there, I bring in practical tools — often drawing on CBT and coping strategies — so you leave sessions with more than just insight, but real ways to manage day-to-day. As a parent myself, I understand how life's transitions can test us in ways we don't always expect, and I bring that same steadiness and practicality to the people I work with.

Hello there! My name is Jesse Greene and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#18108) in the state of Florida. In the last 10 years I have helped individuals and families seek meaningful change in their lives. My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Existential Therapy when appropriate to focus on meaning and purpose in my client's lives.
I have worked with clients from all walks of life in my work and in multiple settings in Florida. My experience has provided me with a deep insight and a practical view of the problems people face in their personal lives. It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
My work encompasses individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, manage or improve addictive behavior, emotional dysregulation and life transitions (including women's issues). My work is informed by formal training in EMDR as well as, traditional talk therapy with a strong foundation in CBT and DBT—but therapy with me isn’t about rigid techniques or worksheets for the sake of it.
I focus on helping clients understand why patterns exist, not just how to manage symptoms. EMDR allows us to work at the root level and utilize the integration of traditional talk therapy with CBT and DBT. Cognitive and Dialectical behavioral therapies provide practical tools for navigating daily life such as, mindfulness practices and working to defeat cognitive distortions that impact our relationships. I integrate these approaches thoughtfully, adapting the work to the person in front of me rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model.
Clients often describe my style as direct, solution focused, collaborative, and grounded. The bond that is created between us is the most important, and I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels both safe, person centered and honest—where insight leads to action, and healing is something we actively build together.

Tosha S. Robbins has over 25 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and military families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, emotion regulation, and family conflict. Tosha combines cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness while utilizing the individual’s strengths to help work through identified issues. It can be difficult to ask for help, and I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
I approach mental wellness as a spectrum of being that will regularly ebb and flow for all people. We all have "good" days and "not so good" days; we all need someone to talk to and to listen to us when days are harder, and we all need a compassionate voice to tell us that we can work through this. Menatl health work is manageable when it is education and information based, which helps us to make our problems seem more manageable. I like to help my clients feel comfortable about talking through their thoughts and obstacles, and finding real, simple solutions to problems. I have worked with people of all ages; my youngest client was 3 years old, and my oldest client was 84; I am proud to say that I can adjust to meet clients' needs. This is due to my ability to listen and to collaborate actively with clients to help them have a say in their care and healing.
With over 20 years of experience, I use trauma informed, evidence-based therapies designed for the unique challenges couples, individuals and first responders face. Together, we will work to understand your triggers, calm your nervous system, and rebuild the connections that matter most. We will identify the patterns that keep you stuck and develop practical strategies that help you feel steady, grounded, and in control again.
Do you ever feel misunderstood, no one ever listens or cares about your life? Do you sometimes feel that you are trapped in a room without an exit? I will never exactly understand what it is like to be you, however I believe that significant progress can be made in even the toughest of life situations. Having someone that will listen and cares about your circumstances and strives to find a solution is imperative. I love to collaborate with my clients and develop a blueprint which can help them achieve their goals. Whatever your struggles, there's always a way out.
