I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in helping adults heal anxiety, generational, developmental and attachment trauma through inner child work, psychodynamic insight, parts work, somatic work and trauma-informed care. I support clients in understanding how their past shapes their present, so they can build healthier relationships, set boundaries without guilt, and live with more clarity and self-trust. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in both depth and practical tools for lasting change.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where we begin building a foundation of trust. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you to therapy, your current challenges, and some of your background, including important relationships and past experiences. We'll explore your goals for therapy and what healing might look like for you. You won’t have to share anything you're not ready to—my priority is helping you feel safe, seen, and supported as we begin this work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider, I would say my greatest strengths lie in my ability to listen deeply and create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences. I have a strong understanding of how early trauma can shape current behaviors and thought patterns, which allows me to tailor interventions and approaches that promote healing. My ability to integrate different therapeutic modalities—like inner child work, parts work- Internal Family Systems psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and somatic techniques—gives me flexibility in supporting clients based on their unique needs. Additionally, my focus on self-growth and empowerment, rather than blame, helps clients reframe negative beliefs and build healthier, more authentic relationships with themselves and others

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’m best positioned to support adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or fear of conflict—especially those who grew up feeling emotionally unsupported or who carry unresolved childhood wounds. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but struggle internally with shame, hyper-independence, or difficulty trusting others. I work especially well with individuals who are ready to explore their inner world, understand their patterns, and begin the deep work of healing from attachment trauma and generational pain.

My treatment methods

Trauma Informed Care

I use a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes emotional safety, trust, and empowerment. I help clients heal by integrating inner child work, parts work, attachment theory, and somatic tools to gently process trauma without re-triggering, while honoring their pace and resilience.

Psychodynamic

I use a psychodynamic approach to help clients explore how early experiences and unconscious patterns influence their current thoughts, emotions, and relationships. This insight-based work supports lasting change by bringing awareness to what’s beneath the surface.

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to help clients understand how early relationships shape their sense of safety, trust, and self-worth. In therapy, we explore attachment patterns and work toward building healthier, more secure connections—both with others and within themselves.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients make space for difficult emotions, reduce avoidance, and reconnect with their core values. Through mindfulness, acceptance, and committed action, clients learn to move forward with more clarity, self-compassion, and purpose—even when life feels uncertain or overwhelming.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts, shift reactive behaviors, and develop healthier coping strategies. By understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, and actions, clients gain practical tools to manage anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm in their daily lives.
