I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, stress, and significant life transitions. I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, and I strive to help clients feel comfortable, heard, and respected. My approach is collaborative and solution focused, combining meaningful conversation with practical tools that can help you build emotional resilience, gain clarity, and create lasting change in your everyday life. To learn more about my practice I also have a website, www.counselingwithnichole.com.
I'm Patt Somasri, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and curiosity. I would like to create a welcoming, affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. Therapy to me is about collaborating, and making personalized plan to match your unique needs. Rather than believing there is one "right" way to heal, you are in control of what "right" is for you.
My therapy style is eclectic as I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma and distressing memories.
I'm Sarah and I am a licensed mental health counselor who practices talk therapy. However- I'm also a human and I treat our interaction as so. We are equal. I am simply a catalyst to help you do the work and reach your potential. I am a listening ear, and a guiding hand.
My approach to therapy is relaxed and open-minded. I take a solution-focused approach to solving problems. I often utilize motivational interviewing, which helps to make the conversation more natural while still allowing us to get some real work done.
I have helped clients build self-esteem, develop resiliency, and overcome life's obstacles through a personalized treatment plan tailored to each client. My favorite part of this work is watching someone tap into their own resources that they didn't even know they had.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My background includes working with justice-involved adults and high-acuity clients, which has taught me the importance of meeting people exactly where they are—with compassion, respect, and a clear plan forward.
*At this time, I am accepting new individual therapy clients. My couples therapy caseload is currently full, so I am not accepting new couples therapy clients at this time.*
In our work together, I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing. What that means in practice is that we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build skills to manage overwhelming emotions, and strengthen your ability to create healthier relationships with yourself and others.
My style is straightforward, supportive, and collaborative. I’ll encourage you to set meaningful goals, while also making space to process the deeper experiences that have shaped your story. I believe therapy works best when it feels both safe and practical—you should leave sessions with tools you can use right away, and also feel seen and understood in the bigger picture of your life.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is down-to-earth, honest, and committed to helping you make real changes, I’d be honored to work with you.
My name is Noel Hartough and I am a person with a lot of lived experience with anxiety (spiritual and career). Anxiety and the success I had through work I did in therapy led to me becoming a therapist. I grew up around gray area drinking, family squabbles and being the introspective kid at the lunch table. I happen to be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I work with adolescents during the day and adults in the evenings. I believe that we are largely the result of our beliefs.
Struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, or OCD can feel isolating, but help is available. I specialize in working with late teens and adults to untangle complex emotions and build lasting resilience. Clients often find my therapeutic style easy to connect with, creating a secure environment for genuine progress. If you are ready to understand what’s holding you back, contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are the right fit.
With 17 years of experience in diverse therapeutic settings, I bring both depth and perspective to my work as a psychotherapist. My training is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with additional expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and the complexities of relationships. I have a particular interest in supporting women’s mental health, drawing on my clinical knowledge and life experience to create a therapeutic space that is both compassionate and effective. I offer a mature, steady presence—one that balances warmth with skill—to guide clients toward growth, resilience, and meaningful change.

So he's been a life long learner of how to help people best, with a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Georgia, a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, and Master in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida, along with 1600 hours of Clinical Pastoral Education and a "Mini-MBA" certificate from Rollins College.

I’m a mental health therapist with more than thirteen years of experience, and my practice is grounded in honoring each client as a whole person. From the moment you enter session, you are respected, appreciated, and offered a space where you can speak freely and disclose only what feels right for you. Safety, dignity, and autonomy guide every part of our work together.
Clinically, I draw from evidenced based approaches such as ERP, CBT, TRAP/TRAC, mindful‑living practices, and intentional space for processing — blending structure with openness so clients can explore both the practical and the deeply personal. My greatest strengths as a therapist are working with individuals struggling with OCD (you don't have to be afraid to speak your intrusive thoughts in my sessions. I am trained to understand the difference of ego dystonic intrusive thoughts that don't align with your true values and beliefs), Panic Attacks, Generalized Anxiety, Depression., aging and life transitions. Individuals struggling with eating disorders will be given referrals for treatment of this disorder.
If chosen by the client, I can also help integrate Christian beliefs into treatment in a way that supports their healing, values, and sense of meaning. My role is to walk alongside you, offering evidence‑based care that aligns with who you are and how you want to grow.
I will like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as a licensed mental health therapist. I want to tell you a little about myself and my fieldwork experiences. I worked in this field for several years, along with various training, to assist clients in different areas. In the last several years, I worked in a mental health hospital with adolescents, substance abuse, and crisis intervention in various settings. People with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia were some of the people I helped at work. I worked with individuals on career choices to increase their career paths to maximize success. I support individuals in their desire to become independent, and I do this by helping them identify their true potential.

My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and collaborative. Your journey unfolds through real connections and transformative experiences. Your growth, understanding, and healing are the primary focus that we share. Let's walk together on this path of self-discovery and empowerment.
Every story is unique, every voice matters. Whatever your challenge, concerns, or issues may be, therapy can help to improve your life, perspective, and behaviors. All age groups are accepted. I have extensive experience working with young children, teens, and adults.
I'm Dr. Ehsan Adib Shabahang, founder of AtReef Therapy PLLC and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I hold a PhD in Psychology with a concentration in social psychology and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
My practice provides integrative, depth-oriented therapy for couples and individuals, conducted entirely through secure telehealth. I work most often with high-achieving adults and couples who function well professionally but find themselves facing patterns that intelligence, success, or effort alone have not resolved: recurring conflict, emotional distance, perfectionism, burnout, anxiety, and questions about identity, meaning, and direction.
My clinical approach draws on relational and depth psychology, Jungian psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, integrated according to each client's needs rather than applied as a fixed protocol. I am also the developer of Self-Reflective Relationship Therapy (SRRT), a research-informed framework that emphasizes self-reflection, emotional responsibility, and translating insight into real behavioral change.
Therapy with me is not only about understanding why a pattern exists. Insight matters, but it is not the goal on its own. I focus equally on what changes in your communication, boundaries, emotional regulation, and decisions once that understanding is in place.
I see couples working through betrayal, disconnection, and recurring cycles of conflict, and I see individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, identity transitions, and the gap between a capable public self and a more uncertain private one. I also bring particular attention to intercultural relationships and cross-cultural identity, informed by my own doctoral research and background working across cultures.
If you are looking for a therapist who will engage directly, take your patterns seriously, and hold you accountable to real change rather than surface-level coping strategies, I would be glad to work with you.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 17 years of experience helping adults overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, neurodivergence, and life’s many challenges. Whether you’re seeking emotional healing, personal growth, or faith-integrated counseling, I’m committed to helping you build lasting change in a safe and supportive environment. Along with being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I'm an ADHD-Clinical Service Provider (ADHD-CSP), Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), and a Master Certified Addiction Specialist (MCAP). I'm near completion of a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

I'm Kimberly Covington, LMHC, LPC, NCC, EMDR-Trained Therapist and Life Coach, and I believe healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported.
In our first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space where we focus on your story, your goals, and what brings you to counseling. We'll discuss your current challenges, strengths, personal history, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, we'll begin creating a plan tailored to your needs and identify practical steps to help you move forward.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based practices to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, relationship concerns, stress, and personal growth challenges.
I am a multilingual (English, Spanish, & Portuguese) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with clinical experience working with athletes, college students, children, adolescents, and adults, including 2SLGBTQIA+, Latinx, immigrant, and foster/adopted parenting communities. I presently most consistently work with clients who have OCD and/or anxiety-related disorders, a history of developmental (complex) trauma, and/or high-achieving professionals, especially healthcare and other service workers. As an endurance athlete, fellow athletes have also found the blend of my clinical experience along with lived experience in athletics, as well as embodiment of the athletic mindset, helpful in understanding them and their presenting concerns.
I work with clients individually, dyadically, and in groups. I hope to convey warmth, compassion, and non-judgmental curiosity to every client with whom I am honored to enter into a clinical partnership. Meeting you where you are at, my aim is to provide a safe and confidential environment in which we can collaboratively explore factors that may be impeding your ability to live an engaged and meaningful life on your terms, as well as ways to overcome them. My responsibility as a clinician is to help you feel seen, heard, and understood after every session and more deeply connected to your mind, body, and heart.
Recognizing that healing does not occur in a vacuum, I approach my clinical work through an inclusive liberation-focused lens that acknowledges systems of oppression, validates their impact on you, and champions your identities with respect to gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, religion and spirituality, neurodivergence, body expression and body size, and dis/ability. Navigating the intersection of our respective individual identities through open dialogue, with careful consideration of privileged and historically marginalized identities, is of the highest importance to me.

My experience includes working in public and nonprofit mental health settings with both children and adults. If it is important to you, I am also happy to incorporate your Christian faith into counseling while blending faith-based principles with evidence-based care.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 34 years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services. I speak English and Spanish. I provide my clients with a unique approach, helping them to identify and achieve specific therapy goals in a confidential, empathetic, and trusting atmosphere. I help individuals understand their current circumstances in order to make changes that will have lasting positive effects. I use an Insight approach, where I help, a better understanding of themselves, which leads to “individualized solutions”. My treatment approach is short-term, problem-oriented therapy sustained by my psychoanalytic background i. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral, psycho-educational, and humanistic modalities, as well as evidence-based techniques. I strive to create a balance within my therapeutic approach based on my client’s particular needs and preferences. I have had the honor to serve a diversity of individuals and their families in a variety of settings, such as community mental health, crisis helplines, and outpatient programs (in a hospital setting). This was the first step. This is a safe space where you can create a vision for your life, along with an action plan and strategies for how to achieve your goals once you have identified them. I will support you and encourage you to find your ambition and desire and ways to realize your possibilities.

I am collaborative with individuals and couples on their mental health journey toward personal growth through matters of anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and other diverse mental health difficulties. Hello, My name is Cynthia
"Does life become overwhelming and out of control at times and that feeling of being in control seems to go out the window?
I help people during difficult periods of life whether it's caused by relationships with loved ones, illness, loss and grief, lifestyle changes caused by transitioning and being able to get to the reasons and ways to manage health issues and other issues that would affect your mental health well-being.
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
I believe recovery doesn't have to be grim. I bring playfulness and humor into the room where it fits, because healing often involves finding joy again. My approach is rooted in the belief that your brain is trying to protect you—even when it feels like it's working against you. I don't just treat symptoms; I help you rebuild trust in your system. Whether you are dealing with intrusive thoughts, people-pleasing, low self esteem, coping with difficult personalities, we move at a pace that respects your life's demands.
• No "Resume" Talk: I skip the jargon. We focus on you and what you need to feel safe and get your agency back.
• Playful & Practical: Recovery can be hard, but it doesn't have to be grim. I bring warmth, at times humor, and real-world tools to our sessions.
• Trauma-Informed: I understand that your symptoms are trying to protect you. We work with your brain, not against it.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relational betrayal, or a major life transition you don’t have to process these emotions alone.
Treating behavior alone doesn't heal the root cause because our bodies carry the stories our minds struggle to process. In our sessions, we slow down. I will guide you to notice where emotions are being held in your body, help you name them, and identify the 'story' and needs behind that feeling. Together, we learn to honor those needs, providing the relief and self-trust that talk therapy alone often misses.
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my desire to help people heal beneath the surface and reclaim their sense of identity and authentic self.
My approach to therapy is integrative and person-centered, meaning I blend evidence-based modalities like CBT, ACT, and Narrative therapy based on your unique needs. However, the core of my work is a somatic, 'bottom-up' approach. This is based on the belief that emotions and trauma are stored in the body and that treating behavior alone doesn't heal the root cause.
The approaches used in session, help clients to manage overwhelming emotions, challenge negative thought patterns, and release the stress their bodies hold onto after trauma. These methods help clients find relief from anxiety, depression, grief, and relational betrayal in ways that last beyond the therapy room.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, grief, and major life transitions since 2014. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University, and my work is grounded in both professional training and a genuine belief that people deserve a place where they can be heard without judgment.
After years of providing in-person therapy, I transitioned to fully virtual care in 2020. Today, I provide accessible, flexible telehealth services to adults in Florida and Vermont, allowing clients to receive support from a place where they feel comfortable and safe.
My clinical work is also informed by lived experience. I’ve navigated grief, significant life transitions, and having cancer twice. These experiences are not the focus of my work, but they have shaped how I show up as a therapist—grounded, present, and respectful of the complexity of what people carry. I understand that healing is not linear and that sometimes strength simply means getting through the day.
I work with adults who may look like they’re managing everything on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. My approach is collaborative, practical, and paced to your readiness. I draw from CBT, mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy, focusing on both insight and practical tools for everyday life.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, have everything figured out, or push through alone. If something in your life isn’t working the way you want it to, therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what’s happening, and begin moving forward.
You have taken a courageous step by seeking counseling, and I would be honored to help you meet your goals.
I have worked as a counselor in Florida since 1983 and have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 1988. I have worked in numerous inpatient and outpatient settings, gaining experience with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I am confident I can help you with anxiety, depression, substance use, anger, ADHD, and other concerns.
In addition to counseling, I love spending quiet time in nature (woods, beach, mountains), visiting art museums and galleries, and getting some exercise. For me, these are quiet episodes of escape from the challenges of life. I also love live music, but not because it's quiet.

Maybe you’ve been holding it together on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted underneath. You might be navigating a major life transition, struggling with anxiety or OCD, dealing with relationship stress, or coping with a medical experience that has taken up far more space in your life than you ever expected. You don’t have to sort through it alone.
I provide virtual therapy for adults throughout Florida, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. My style is warm, conversational, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’m not the kind of therapist who just sits back and nods—I’m engaged, I ask questions, and we’ll actually talk things through together. We can laugh when things are funny, sit with the hard stuff when they’re not, and work toward changes that feel realistic for your life.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship concerns, burnout, trauma, self-esteem struggles, and major life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting people navigating chronic illness, chronic pain, infertility, IVF, endometriosis, and other medical experiences. These experiences can affect your relationships, work, identity, body image, and how you see your future. Therapy can be a place to talk about all of it.
I tailor therapy to you, drawing from ACT, CBT, ERP, DBT skills, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care while keeping our work practical and personal.
I’ve been a therapist for more than 11 years and genuinely love what I do. If my approach sounds like a good fit, I’d love to work with you. You can schedule an appointment whenever you’re ready.
Hey there! I’m Craig Lampkin, and I’m thrilled to be a native New Yorker. I became a marriage and family therapist because I’m passionate about hearing people’s stories and helping them through their journeys. My journey started at the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in NYC, which really adds a creative flair to my therapy sessions.
I love incorporating visual cues along with a variety of therapeutic approaches to keep our time together engaging and fun! We’ll team up to explore new coping strategies, decision-making skills, and problem-solving techniques that can help you thrive in life.
In my practice, I use different therapeutic modalities as key tools to support your growth in thinking, emotions, and physical abilities while reducing any troublesome behaviors. I tailor these methods to fit your unique needs.
For instance, Cognitive Therapy helps in shifting negative thought patterns, while Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combines thoughts and actions to tackle various psychological challenges. If you’re dealing with trauma, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy can provide a safe space to process those experiences.
Narrative Therapy is all about empowering you to rewrite your life story, whereas Structural Therapy focuses on enhancing family dynamics to mend conflicts. With Strategic Therapy, we’ll employ specific strategies to tackle problems, and Solution-Focused Therapy will help us zero in on your goals and strengths for positive outcomes.
Together, these approaches work wonderfully to boost your well-being and personal growth. Let’s embark on this journey together!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will.
From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist, and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas?
The duality of life.
Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress.
My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here.
For over 20 years, I’ve been honored to walk alongside individuals, children, and families as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My work is grounded in compassion, backed by experience, and shaped by a wide range of therapeutic approaches.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or grief, I’m here to support you. I work with people of all ages and stages — helping them find clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
Let’s connect — and take the first step forward together.
I’m Crystal Scott, a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy should feel supportive, honest, practical, and deeply human. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families who may be navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or the feeling of being stuck in patterns they no longer want to repeat.
My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I combine evidence-based techniques with genuine conversation, reflection, encouragement, humor when appropriate, and practical tools that can be used in everyday life. I strive to create a space where you can feel seen, heard, respected, and safe enough to be honest about what is really going on. At the same time, I will gently challenge you to recognize patterns, strengthen boundaries, build confidence, improve communication, and make choices that better reflect the life you want to create.
I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you are used to carrying everything on your own, being the strong one, or putting everyone else’s needs before your own. You do not have to arrive with the perfect words or a clear plan. We can slow things down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and identify realistic steps forward together.
My ideal client is someone who is ready for support, insight, and meaningful change, even if they are unsure where to begin. Whether you are healing from a painful experience, adjusting to a major change, rebuilding trust, managing difficult emotions, or learning to reconnect with yourself, I will meet you with empathy, patience, authenticity, and respect. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in your ability to move forward.
Hi I'm Phillip,
Reaching out for support isn’t always easy—so take a moment to acknowledge the courage it took to take this first step. Starting therapy can feel empowering, overwhelming, or even a little scary—and that’s completely okay.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, struggling with self-care, or just feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Together, we’ll work on building healthier boundaries, improving communication (especially with yourself!), and creating more balance in your life. Therapy is a space for growth, healing, and finding clarity—and you deserve all of that and more.
If you’re ready to begin, I’m here and ready to walk alongside you.
Hi, I’m Nicole, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over two decades of experience helping children and families. I became a therapist because I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported through life’s challenges. I work with children and adults experiencing anxiety, navigating big life changes, or healing from trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative and I tailor each session to your unique needs. I’m passionate about helping people build resilience, find clarity, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Florida Atlantic University, and my own journey as a trauma survivor has deeply shaped both my understanding and my approach to therapy. I bring empathy, warmth, and a nonjudgmental presence to every session, because I know firsthand how powerful it can be to feel truly heard and supported. My goal is to help you move beyond simply surviving to genuinely thriving. I use evidence-based techniques—including mindfulness, CBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused interventions, and person-centered therapy—tailored to your unique needs and goals.
