Sometimes people experience emotional problems (e.g., anxiety, depression), behavioral problems (e.g., overeating, smoking), or relationship problems (e.g., excessive arguing, poor communication) that interfere with their daily functioning. These difficulties result from the interaction of biological, learning, behavioral, and environmental factors, which influence patterns of thinking and behaving. Negative life events can contribute to the development of self-defeating patterns of thinking and behaving, which some people can have difficulty changing. In my work, which I have been practicing for 42 years, I help people identify these self-defeating patterns and develop strategies for dealing with them. I emphasize the importance of practicing these strategies consistently, with the goal of handling emotions more effectively and behaving in more responsible and healthy ways. I focus on life pattern changes with respect to relationships, depression, anxiety, anger control, impulse control, and stress management.

Thank you for sharing information about yourself. I'm so happy that you reached out for help. I am Michael Creech, a licensed therapist.
My goal is to meet you where you are by bringing a compassionate approach backed by formal training and experience and be a part of your goals in the change process. I am very personable as well as professional and I do not believe in one-sided relationships. I have a multidisciplinary, eclectic approach to therapy in which I utilize techniques and principles from a variety of modalities to include Christian based. My counseling is geared toward treating the whole person from a biopsychosocial spiritual standpoint. I view counseling as a calling and not as a career and that it is a collaborative effort in which I learn and grow as a result of every interaction. My clients describe me as a “good listener” and as someone who “makes me think”.
Some of the experiences that have contributed to my professional identity and approach to mental health treatment are my formal education at Pensacola Christian College where I received a BA in Pastoral Ministry and Liberty University where I received a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked as a therapist under regulatory agencies for 6 years and have worked in Christian Ministry since my ministerial ordination in 2003. Demographics I have served have included inpatient and outpatient care, private practice, substance abuse issues, psychotic spectrum disorders, gender identity issues, personality disorders, sex addiction, family and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, PTSD, Spirituality, and men’s issues. My experiences as a combat military veteran, teacher, father, husband, and a person who has experienced my own traumas and failures have contributed to my professional development.
I look forward to getting to know you!
I've been blessed to have wonderful professional positions throughout my career (see roderickhaferphd.com). Most recently I was Vice-Chair of the Psychiatry Department at the University of Wisconsin. I enjoy working with all client presentations and believe that the "connection" with those I treat is critical to therapy success. I think a 15 to 30 minute free consultation would be the best approach to determine "our fit" in working together.
Mark has been a Clinical Social worker for the past 16 years working in the US and UK with various client populations from Babies needing organ transplants to adults with End Stage Renal Disease. The common thread with those unwell as he puts it, has been their connection or lack thereof with positive thoughts, habits and social network. The lack of these associations generally leads to decline over time. He realized that he was most passionate about helping people stay or return to wellness rather that assisting the disease state. Mark actively pursues the link between effective nutrition and solid Mental Health and Wellness, his aim is the help clients feel like the best version of themselves. Helping with effective wellness plans regarding general health, weight loss and disease reversal process.
Trained as a psychologist (Ph.D. from Cornell University). Some 20 years later I earned a second graduate degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. I am a fully licensed therapist in the State of Florida.
I have taught psychology at Princeton, Tulane, Cornell, and Harvard Medical School.
We will spend most of our time creating solutions, instead of analyzing problems. So often, therapy gets bogged down in the endless exploration of problems. Problems are the results of behaviors that didn't work for you in the past. Solutions flow from changes that will work for you starting right now. Solutions make your life better. They bring joy and peace to your life.

My name is Chiwoo. I enjoy working with individuals who struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. As a recovering people-pleaser myself, I understand the challenge of being your authentic self while trying to meet other people's expectations. In therapy, I combine evidence-based approaches with my own healing journey to help you feel less alone, build self-trust, and live with more confidence.
I believe therapy works best when it feels human, safe, and real. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys walking alongside people as they sort through life’s challenges and begin to understand themselves more clearly. Many of the individuals I work with feel anxious, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their direction. My role is to help you slow down, gain insight, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt therapy, and Bowen’s concept of differentiation. In simple terms, that means we explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. We look at the different “parts” of you that may be in conflict and help you develop the ability to stay true to yourself while staying connected to others. Over time, this often leads to healthier boundaries, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of balance.
I value honest conversation and believe meaningful growth comes from awareness paired with action. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate, but also practical. I want you to leave sessions with insight you can actually apply in your daily life.
On a personal note, I’m married and a proud father of four adult children. I enjoy traveling, spending time on the golf course, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. I believe growth doesn’t stop at any stage of life, and I try to live that belief myself.
If you’re ready to understand yourself more fully and create lasting change, I’d be honored to support you in that process.

If you are looking for someone to hold your hand while you let the world beat you to death, look elsewhere. I'm not for you. If you're ready to walk into hell, I'm ready to walk right next to you.
The first step is yours. Are you coming?
I have been in practice for over 25 years with a PhD and an MS degree as a Florida Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I taught at St. Thomas University in Miami as an adjunct professor for several years. I have worked in Mental Health facilities, and I practiced as a sole provider for over 20 years. I use an eclectic approach with solution-focused, cognitive behavioral and experiential modalities. I work with children (over 10 years old), adolescents, and adults. I assist clients with coping skills and improving their communication with others.
I hold licenses as a Clinical Social Worker and a Marriage and Family Therapist, both granted through 15 years of professional practice in Florida. My expertise lies in assisting individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and a range of life challenges. My dream client is someone who is motivated and ready to take action. He or she is ready to show up and do the work.
I've been in the behavioral health field since 1999 and practiced as a therapist since 2006. I'm trauma-informed, neurodivergent affirming, and strengths-based in my approaches. I am EMDR certified and specialize in: anxiety, trauma, ADHD and neurodivergence. I'm also the parent of an autistic teen, so I know first-hand the challenges parents go through in trying to do what's best for their child and not always knowing what that is.
Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do:
1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done.
2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change.
3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have over 20 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, couples, and older adults facing life challenges. I employ a wide range of therapeutic techniques, that include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral, Client centered and Solution focused therapies. Appreciation of the brain body connection helps to bring about change in a substantive way. To begin this change process, I encourage the use of mindfulness for the purpose of calming brain and body.
My goal is to help you break free from the cycle of stress and anxiety through practical techniques and personalized strategies for growth. With a background in mindfulness, meditation, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, I take a holistic approach to therapy. Together we'll create a comfortable space where you can explore your challenges, gain perspective, and deepen your emotional awareness without feeling judged.

I’m Michael Blake‑Edwards, a psychotherapist who works with professionals who look like they have it all together on the outside, but inside feel scattered, on edge, or disconnected. You’ve done the work, pushed yourself to grow, built the career, stayed disciplined, but something still feels off. That sense of being stuck or running on autopilot isn’t weakness; it’s your mind and body asking for something deeper.
My focus is on helping clients uncover the root causes behind distraction, restlessness, or burnout, whether it’s unrecognized ADHD, stress, or lingering effects of trauma. I integrate evidence‑based methods like EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) with a practical, goal‑oriented approach that meets you where you are. Together, we’ll build tools for lasting focus, clarity, and calm, without losing your edge.
With over 14 years of clinical experience, I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional (CMIP), and ADHD‑Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD‑CCSP), and I regularly pursue advanced training to stay on top of what works. Therapy with me isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about rediscovering the version of yourself that already knows how to adapt, lead, and thrive, even under pressure. If you’re ready to move past self‑doubt, regain control of your focus, and build a steadier foundation for success and peace of mind, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.

Hi! My name is Noor. I am warm, empathic, perceptive, and wise. I have worked with a diverse range of clients for over half a decade, helping them each to find a pathway towards healing and wholeness. For each person, this has looked different, whether it's processing deep heartbreak, learning to forgive one's self or another, overcoming depression or anxiety, discovering one's core sense of worth, unearthing a buried sense of power, learning to say “No”, finding one's voice (again), upgrading to healthy coping mechanisms, healing from trauma (moderate or mild), or transcending self-sabotage. We each have our own afflictions and unique "cross to bear”, and I can help you feel less alone in holding yours. Specifically, I specialize in supporting clients struggling with worth, grief, belonging, feeling "othered", emptiness, assertiveness, relationship & communication challenges, religious or God wounds, spiritual bypass, burnout & soul weariness, managing chronic health issues, and inner child work. I attune to each client's individual needs and personalize my service to meet you exactly where you are. My approach is human and relational and feels inviting rather than clinical or formulaic. My orientation considers the whole mind-body-spirit connection as well as the emotions. Also, I carry a depathologizing lens. I do not see anyone as beyond repair or as a “lost cause”. I see all people as having access to inherent wellbeing and wholeness.
You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression and want support before things begin to unravel. Perhaps your mind feels crowded with intrusive thoughts, distressing images, or emotions that are hard to manage alone. You may be seeking clarity, emotional stability, and a way to feel more in control of your life. Therapy can help you slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop healthier ways to cope. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you regain balance, think more clearly, and move toward the life you want to live.
I specialize in trauma that affects adults. This maybe a combat trauma, a recent experience that was traumatic, or an early childhood event(s) that continues to affect you. I use a combination of techniques such as EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Rapid Resolution Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches to help people move on from traumatic experiences in their lives.

Are you feeling stuck, telling yourself that you are going to change, but somehow ending up doing exactly what you promised yourself you wouldn’t do? Do you convince yourself that you are going to move forward and then find that anxiety, hopelessness, harsh self-judgments, or a bad temper take control and push you backwards? Do you find yourself in relationship patterns that leave you feeling cut off from those you long to be close too? If this sounds familiar, you don't have to face this alone. There are reasons you feel this way, and you can discover what those reasons are and how you can change to live a more fulfilling life.
You may feel stuck because the way you are trying to solve your problems is by going back to the same strategies that got you stuck in the first place. It can be confusing seeing yourself stuck in thoughts and behaviors you know don’t work. Often this is because in the moment those strategies appear to be the only sensible choice, even when they aren’t.
If you choose to work with me, together we can explore the ins and outs of that confusion so that you can find your way out of it. Because that can often feel threatening and disorienting, I will be patient and give you the space and safety needed to do this work at your own pace. Be that fast or slow or in-between. I look forward to working with you.
My name is Jesse Mozeko, a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Florida. I have experience working with preteens, teens, and adults going through a range of presenting problems from life transitions to psychiatric illnesses. I began my career working to help individuals combat effects of high stress environments, reducing malicious effects on physical and psychological health. Since then, I have worked independently and under supervision with more complex issues including survivors of trauma, those living with a mentally ill family member, and other wide reaching conditions such as anxiety, substance use, and depression.
