My name is Elange Guerrelus, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, families, groups, and couples experiencing with cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and marital difficulties. I am a trained Gottman Couples therapist and a certified parent instructor along with an extensive and great experience in Christian counseling. It will my pleasure to assist you with your mental health needs. Throughout my professional experience, I utilized various psychotherapy methods and techniques to assist children and families experiencing psychological distress to improve their mental well-being. My skill set and experience in this field have allowed me to work in a wide range of settings such as mental health clinics, community health centers, churches, and hospitals.

In our initial session I usually begin with a brief introduction for rapport building, then discuss specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I have a passion of working with children with behavioral issues, and adult with anxiety and depression along with couples who are dealing with marital problems
