I work with women to shift limiting beliefs regarding self, relationships, healing the past. I am passionate about working with women to increase self-esteem, change the negative voices, heal limiting beliefs and promote self-discovery. I have a background working in healing modalities, as well as coaching. I often use IFS (working with parts). We may do inner child work, NLP, connect with different 'parts' of you, coaching, and heal past beliefs and emotions relating to trauma and other experiences.
I help you listen to body wisdom and see where you may choose to make changes. We will work on changing limiting beliefs and creating confidence and develop new coping skills so you can more easily create the life you want.
