Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns.
To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress.
My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki.
Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.

As a Licensed Psychotherapist in Florida, Georgia, New Hampshire and Texas, I am dedicated to fostering healing and personal growth through an integrative approach to mental health. My practice is built on the belief that true healing involves the mind, body, and spirit, and this conviction led me to embrace the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method as a powerful tool in my therapeutic work.

The Trauma Conscious Yoga Method not only complements traditional psychotherapy but also enhances my clients' ability to process trauma at a deeper level. Hi, I'm Amneris Rosario, I'm glad you're here.
Let me guess: You've been thinking about therapy for a while now. Maybe months, maybe years, but something kept stopping you, too busy, too expensive, "it's not that bad yet," or maybe just the fear of opening up to a stranger who might judge you or not really get it.
Here's what I want you to know: You're already doing the hardest part by being here, you don't need to wait until things get worse, you don't need permission to ask for help, and you definitely don't have to figure this out alone. That's literally what I'm here for.
As a board-certified bilingual therapist (MS, LMHC, LPC, NCC), veteran, and founder of Time to Talk Therapy, I've spent 10 years supporting 700+ clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions that felt impossible. I've worked everywhere from crisis units and corrections facilities to refugee shelters and quiet therapy rooms, supporting people through chronic mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, addiction, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and some of the hardest moments of their lives... and here's what I know for sure: Healing doesn't require perfection, it requires honesty and someone who actually gets it. You're not broken, you're dealing with hard things, and you deserve support that feels supportive, not cold, not judgmental, not like one more thing you're supposed to "fix" about yourself.
I specialize in trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, self-sabotage and recurrent patterns, complex PTSD and personality disorders, as well as life transitions.
I know life can get busy, so I offer weekend availability, early-morning sessions, and after-hours appointments (6:00 AM–10:00 PM), along with self-pay options to give you a little more flexibility.

My parents came from Cuba in order to open up the doors for me to have what they never had the opportunity to obtain. I am the first person in my family to attend college and to this day the majority of my family does not speak English. My family raised me in a culture where family and relationships are highly valued. I feel very fortunate to have blended cultural values and morals, as this helps me better understand others from different cultures.

My name is Mary Vaughan and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the state of Florida. I have been in the mental health business for 35+ years. I love my work and that is the reason have stayed in it as long as I have. I am a military brat and I have moved around in Europe and many states.
Before I begin to work with a client, I tell them some of my background. It is my opinion the client should know something about his/her counselor before we begin our work.
I have had very successful results working with people who suffer from some kind of abuse ( either in childhood or as a young adult.) If abuse has occurred at most any age, the individual may come to me and tell me that they are experincing stress, depression, anxiety and/or panic attacks.
Before beginning counseling, I inform the client that we will have a questioning and answer process. This allows the client and me to get to know each other a little better. Based on the information I gather about my client, we discuss what the client wants from their sessions. The individual and I work together as a team. In this process, the client gains a sense of self-esteem and a sense of control over their lives going forward in the future.
Finding the right "fit" of counselor and client is key to a successful experience for the client. After the counselor gives the client some unique coping skills, the counselor asks the client if these skills might work for them. These coping skills are "Fluid" and can be modified and changed as we proceed in the counseling process.

Hi, I’m Maria.
Do you ever feel pulled in too many directions — juggling relationships, work, and your own well-being — yet never feeling caught up? I specialize in helping high achievers and busy professionals manage anxiety, prevent burnout, and reconnect with themselves.
Together, we’ll identify what’s no longer serving you and create sustainable ways to restore balance. My approach is holistic, nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. I often integrate mindfulness, yoga, and creative expression to help you build self-awareness and self-compassion.
Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship challenges, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I offer a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. With empathy and evidence-based techniques, we’ll work toward meaningful change—so you can feel grounded, fulfilled, and confident again.
Hello, have you ever wondered why you react to things that seem mundane and everyday? Are you curious why simple things that should be easily mastered produce dread and avoidance? Sometimes the reasons are not immediately in front of you but require a journey into your past. I come alongside to walk you through the process of meeting your inner child. I seek to empower you as the adult to reparent that child, to correct the negative feelings that arise as a result of childhood issues. I help create new perspectives to formulate more a more positive self-image. I encourage you to dream to see yourself in better situations, and to better able to manage those situations.
We will use the whole person approach addressing the mind, body and spirit. Though able and willing to use a strictly clinical approach, I am a Christian Counselor who will use the principles and teachings of the Bible to address the issues that are common to all of us. I will also use evidence based techniques to help you overcome the things that hold you back from being your best self. I am warm and nurturing and eager to help you develop a better relationship with yourself.
Building great relationships is one of the most meaningful aspects of life.
Hello future client!
My name is Ruthie and I'm one of those rare native Floridians. My primary practice approach is relational, using interventions that can help you understand the link between your thoughts, feelings and actions and the effect on your relationships. This will improve your ability to connect with others in ways that will enhance your life. I want to support you to have the loving, fulfilling, respectful relationships you deserve.
In my graduate program, I learned that all human behavior develops in the context of relationships. Family relationships are most significant to individual growth. The importance of healthy relationships in a successful life is often underestimated. The value of independence in our society overshadows our human need for connections. The quality of our family, friends, romantic, work and community connections impact our physical, mental and emotional health. Positive interactions promote feelings of connectedness and a sense of self-worth while negative encounters can lead to increased anxiety, a lack of self-confidence, and may even affect your thinking abilities.
I earned a BA in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from University of South Florida in 2009 and obtained a Master’s in Social Work from the University of New England in 2016. I proudly became a licensed therapist in 2020, one good thing that occurred during the Covid pandemic.
