My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

During treatment I use the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT to help the client explore health coping mechanisms and identify negative thinking. We accomplish this through processing your thoughts throughout session and sometimes using worksheets to process the clients thoughts so they can see the patterns outside of their mind.
