About me

Hello, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida with over 11 years of experience. I have devoted my career to creating a therapeutic environment rooted in acceptance, safety, and compassion. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, make sense of life’s challenges, and begin to heal. I believe you are the expert of your own experience. My role is to walk alongside you as a guide, helping you gain clarity, build coping skills, and uncover the strength that already exists within you. I work with adolescents, teens, adults, and families, specializing in issues such as anxiety, depression, family and relationship dynamics, and school-related stressors. If you’re ready to begin the journey toward greater self-understanding and balance, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll start with introductions and discuss the challenges you’re facing. This helps me understand your experiences and goals so we can create a personalized plan together. You’re the expert in your own life, and we’ll work side by side to build a path that feels supportive and meaningful.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

For over eleven years, I’ve worked with adolescents, young adults, and families to help them navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to get to the heart of what you’re going through and guide you toward meaningful, lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am passionate about helping young adults and families discover and embrace the best versions of themselves, defined not by outside expectations, but by their own values and aspirations.

I always feel so refreshed and great when I get off of a call with Angela. She really does a great job of keeping it real with me, but also reminding me that my feelings are valid. I have really transformed in my way of thinking and living in just a few months and Angela has been a tremendous part of that. I couldn’t be more grateful to find someone like her that helps me through this journey that we call life.
