I’m Maria, a therapist who believes true healing is possible. My approach integrates psychotherapy, EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care, with faith integration when desired. I also offer therapy in Spanish. I’ll walk alongside you as you build resilience, restore peace, and reconnect with your authentic self. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, compassionate environment where we can explore your story together and gently rediscover safety, grounding, and hope. You don’t have to go through this alone.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and create a safe, comfortable space for you to share what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask about your goals, background, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll explore your current challenges at a pace that feels right for you and begin identifying patterns that may be affecting your well-being. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful—with a clearer sense of direction for your healing journey.
My greatest strengths are creating a safe, compassionate space where you can feel deeply understood and guiding you toward lasting healing through an integrative, trauma-informed approach. I combine EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, and ACT to help you process painful experiences and regulate emotions. Allow me to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges.
