In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The process of forming a relationship with my clients is definitely one of my favorite parts of therapy. Establishing trust, identifying what issues you are facing, validating your experience, and developing the plan of action to achieve your goals in therapy will take place during our first sessions. I am sure that this can seem overwhelming but I want you to know that I am already extremely proud of you for taking this first step and you are not on this journey alone. This experience is all about you! Our time together will be all about tapping into who you are and the growth you want to achieve. I want to connect with you by listening, offering support, guidance, and help you to remove those obstacles that are keeping you from your destination.

Therapy is not a “one size fits all” situation. Each person is unique and require a tailored approach to address their therapeutic needs. I have a variety of theoretical techniques and interventions that can be implemented so that your therapeutic goals are accomplished. Therapeutic techniques are important to the success of treatment, however, what is most essential is the relationship we create together during this journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a therapist is that I am genuinely excited to get to know the people I have the privilege to work with. I consider it a great honor to share this space with you so I take nothing for granted and I humbled by every moment we get to spend together.

I have had the pleasure of working with clients from different ethnic backgrounds, family structures, races, sexes, sexual orientations, and religions.
