Hello! I am so glad we could connect. I want to first acknowledge and congratulate you for taking this first step towards your own personal growth and healing. My name is Ashley and I am a licensed mental health therapist in Florida. I have a strong passion for this profession and I have spent my entire career growing and learning to provide a meaningful therapeutic experience. I am a true believer in the power of therapy and mental health awareness is an initiative I fully support.
The process of forming a relationship with my clients is definitely one of my favorite parts of therapy. Establishing trust, identifying what challenges you are facing, validating your experience, and developing the plan of action to achieve your goals in therapy will take place during our first session. I am sure that this can seem overwhelming but I want you to know that I am already extremely proud of you for taking this first step and you are not on this journey alone. This experience is all about you! Our time together will be all about tapping into who you are and the growth you want to achieve. I want to connect with you by listening, offering support, guidance, and help you to remove those obstacles that are keeping you from your destination.
Therapy is not a “one size fits all” situation. Each person is unique and require a tailored approach to address their therapeutic needs. I have a variety of theoretical techniques and interventions that can be implemented so that your therapeutic goals are accomplished. Therapeutic techniques are important to the success of treatment, however, what is most essential is the relationship we create together during this journey.
My greatest strength as a therapist is that I am genuinely excited to get to know the people I have the privilege to work with. I consider it a great honor to share this space with you so I take nothing for granted and I am humbled by every moment we get to spend together.

She is exactly what I needed. As year 2 is coming. She understands me. She helps me get through the difficult times. She doesn’t sugarcoat or holds back. She holds me accountable. No matter what she listen and doesn’t judge. I look forward to all of our sessions. I’m a better person because of Ashley. I recommend her 10/10.

I just had my first session and I felt completely heard and welcomed into this space. My nerves instantly went away when we started talking and getting into everything. Can’t wait to continue to be in this experience with her !
