The foundation of my approach is Mindfulness-Based Cognitive-Behavioral therapy with Somatic therapy (mind-body approach/techniques), but I also draw from EMDR, Laughter Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Transpersonal Psychology, and nutrition.
