I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 22 years of experience in the mental health field, and more than 5 years specifically providing talk therapy. My background is rooted in social work, which means I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life—each with their own unique strengths, challenges, and stories.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I draw from a variety of techniques and tailor each session to meet the individual needs of the person sitting across from me. Whether you’re navigating a tough transition, working through emotional pain, or just looking for a space to reflect and grow, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, flexibility, and respect.
My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward in your own way.
Hello, my name is Alex Ernest, and I am fully licensed as an LPC in the state of Georgia. I have been working in the mental health field for nearly 8 years, and I really enjoy helping people work through their core struggles and work towards finding and living their true self. I approach each session based on each client's needs. I will utilize interventions like CBT, existential, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused, etc., to help gain healthy coping skills and knowledge to work through all of life's challenges. I love to use humor, support and empowerment to build a strong relationship with each client. I strive for the therapy relationship to be warm and supportive, and to act as a model to creating healthy relationships in every day life.
I’m a trauma therapist and addictions counselor; this is where my heart is. I have the unique ability to see beneath the stains in a person. I can help you heal as far as you’re willing to go. I am a therapist for everyone else. I have a laid-back style. I can treat most mental health needs. I have two master's degrees, post-grad endorsements, but more importantly, I have lived experience. I enjoy working with people who are navigating the heavy weight of past experiences, persistent self-doubt, or the feeling of being constantly on edge. If you often find yourself stuck in overthinking or out-running that inner critic, or just trying to keep your head above water, I’m here to help. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and entirely free of judgment. I don’t view myself as an expert diagnosing you from across the room; rather, I am a teammate walking beside you. We will go at your exact pace, focusing heavily on how your body and mind are responding to stress, while building a toolbox that actually fits your life.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and mature teens navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who appear to be functioning well on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or unsure why life no longer feels like theirs.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded. Therapy is a space to slow down, think more clearly, and better understand the patterns driving stress, overthinking, emotional disconnection, and relationship struggles. Together, we work toward meaningful changes that feel sustainable in everyday life.
I use structured, evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based strategies, and attachment-focused work to help clients respond more effectively to stress, relationships, and internal pressure.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 20 years in leadership and project-based roles across multiple industries and cultures, including over a decade working throughout Latin America. I speak Spanish fluently, and that experience continues to shape how I connect with clients navigating pressure, responsibility, identity shifts, and relationship stress.
My goal is to help you feel more steady, self-aware, confident, and connected in your everyday life and relationships.
With over a decade of experience, I help clients find relief, clarity, and emotional balance. Using CBT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches, I support healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress. My goal is to help you understand your emotions, build coping skills, and feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in your life. I have been a social worker for 13 years.
Since 2016, I've been providing therapy sessions for clients as an LPC in private practice, both in person and virtual. I currently specialize in working with adult women on life transitions, job stress, relationship issues, and grief. I have a strong background in applying CBT and mindfulness techniques. In my personal life, I love the outdoors, creating art, and spending time with people I care about.
I am a trauma-informed, skills-based therapist who helps adults move from feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck to feeling more grounded, regulated, and in control of their lives. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including CBT and DBT, with a strong focus on practical tools, emotional regulation, and real-life change—not just insight. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, and mild to moderate substance use concerns, especially those who want structure, clear goals, and strategies they can actually use between sessions. What makes my approach different is that I focus on helping clients build real-time skills for real-life moments, so progress isn’t just something you talk about in therapy—it’s something you can feel in your day-to-day life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with adults to overcome problems with mental, emotional, substance abuse, spiritual, and or relationship conflicts. I gained my therapy skills via work in an Inpatient, Residential, and Intensive Outpatient facility focused on helping individuals with severe psychiatric and chemical dependency issues. I am the owner/operator of His Strength Counseling, serving individuals seeking faith-based counseling. I am a certified therapist specializing in Trauma and Personality Disorders. I have experience facilitating and creating groups and counseling individuals and couples. My 5 years serving in the United States Army helped me become more disciplined and culturally competent, with the ability to participate in multi-disciplinary settings.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides affirming, trauma-informed and trauma-focused therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and religious trauma. In addition to my LCSW I have a Master of Divinity that I use to help inform my approaches to working with those impacted from religious trauma and/or spiritual harm. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in practical tools that support healing, self-understanding, and meaningful growth. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered to move toward the life they want.
I’m Octavia Gallon, a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. My goal is to help you build confidence, improve emotional balance, and create meaningful changes that lead to a more fulfilling life.
I am a dedicated therapist who believes that every individual possesses an innate, unbreakable resilience. My practice is rooted in a client-centered philosophy, meaning I view you as the expert of your own life. Together, we will tap into your internal strengths to navigate life’s challenges, fostering a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to create lasting change.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that you possess an incredible capacity for deep growth and healing. I provide a compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore the challenges that stem from anxiety, stress, trauma, and more. It's common to feel like something's missing, or that you're not quite good enough – constantly thinking happiness depends on getting "this" or waiting for "that." But this kind of thinking often leaves us on the receiving end of life, instead of actively shaping it.

Hello, I'm Anthony. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Services, with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and hold a Bachelor's in Psychology. My journey in mental health has equipped me with the skills to support diverse populations dealing with complex issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, self-care, relational issues, family issues, parenting, goal achievement, and persistent mental illness.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working as a child protection therapist assisting families in the judicial system, and as a mobile crisis clinician and crisis program supervisor throughout rural Colorado. In my private practice, I've worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, utilizing an eclectic style of therapy that blends life experience with established theory. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, respectful, and dignified environment where you can feel supported while being encouraged and challenged to grow toward your goals.

With 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Colorado, I help people get unstuck from patterns that keep repeating—even when they know better. Not just talk about it—actually change it. I’ve worked with Veterans, caregivers, people dealing with serious illness, and those carrying anxiety, depression, grief, and burnout from holding too much for too long.
Most of my clients aren’t new to insight—they already understand their patterns. They just haven’t been able to change them yet.
I don’t do cookie-cutter therapy. We look at your actual life—your history, relationships, nervous system, and habits—and figure out what’s really driving things. Then we work on it in a way that’s realistic and doable—something you can actually sustain.
I’m direct and I’m kind. I’ll call things out when needed, but I’m not here to shame you—I’m here to help you move. You don’t have to filter yourself or pretend you’re more okay than you are. Just show up as you are and we’ll work with that.
I’m a secular, affirming therapist. You don’t have to explain or defend who you are here. I work with LGBTQ+ clients, people in nontraditional relationships, and anyone who’s tired of feeling like they don’t quite fit.
I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing—but more importantly, I use what actually works for you. I’m also trained in psychedelic therapy and integration.
If you want a therapist who will sit quietly and nod, I’m probably not your person. If you want someone who will help you understand what’s going on, challenge what’s not working, and actually help you change things—we’ll get along well.
I’m Dr. Eunice Joo, a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps individuals and couples gain deeper clarity about their thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns. My goal is to help people understand the underlying beliefs and assumptions that often shape their reactions, conflicts, and life decisions. When these patterns become clearer, people are better able to make healthier and more meaningful choices for their lives.
As an immigrant myself, I understand the unique cultural challenges that many people experience while living between different cultures and value systems. The process of navigating identity, expectations, and belonging can often create confusion, inner conflict, and emotional stress. In my work, I help clients sort through these experiences so they can develop a clearer sense of identity, regain confidence in their values, and learn how to engage with different cultures without losing their own sense of self.
My counseling approach focuses on identifying distorted thinking patterns and emotional triggers that may keep people stuck in cycles of confusion, self-doubt, or relational conflict. By helping clients recognize these patterns, I support them in expanding their psychological perspective and developing practical ways to respond more thoughtfully rather than react impulsively.
For clients who value faith, I also offer Christian counseling that integrates biblical wisdom, prayer, and personal faith reflection with sound psychological insight. My goal is to help people experience healing, restore their sense of dignity and purpose, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful life.

I'm a Colorado native with 20 years of experience in counseling. Our mission is to let you identify changes and then set those goals as we support you every step of the way. Do you feel broken, wounded, desperate, empty, guilty, lost? Our clients appreciate that we all share common experiences, and sometimes we need some professional care. I believe you have strengths that we can use in counseling to build up your resilience. I'm easy-going and very compassionate and caring.
My therapeutic style is straightforward, and I invite open communication about clients’ experiences in therapy throughout the process. People would likely describe me as direct and straight to the point. Most often, I practice through the lenses of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and existential theory.
How I help clients reach goals:
I believe clients are capable of developing their own solutions, and that a collaborative therapeutic relationship can support meaningful progress toward the life they want. I hope that by working together, we can organize and achieve your goals, whatever they may be. If you're unsure of what direction you want to head, we can work on that together, too.
My journey to becoming a provider:
I am a prior service turned mental health professional. I served in the U.S. Army as a combat medic from 2009 to 2012, with one deployment to Iraq. After my service, I switched over to mental health, starting with working in an inpatient mental health facility. I have since worked at a substance use clinic, a private practice, a team practice, and taught psychoeducational classes alongside DHS. I hold two master’s degrees, in addition to a bachelor’s and an associate's degree. I bring specialized knowledge and clinical focus in trauma, sexual concerns, and disordered eating.
I’m a trauma‑informed clinician who blends evidence‑based approaches with a warm, relational style. My work centers on helping clients understand their inner world with compassion, build practical skills for regulation, and move toward lives that feel aligned with their values. I draw from CBT, ACT, and neurodivergent‑affirming frameworks, and I aim to create a space that feels steady, collaborative, and genuinely safe for exploration and growth.

My path to becoming a mental health provider began with a deep curiosity about the human experience and a genuine desire to help others find meaning and healing in their lives. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand how life’s challenges can impact our well-being, and I saw the profound difference that compassionate support can make. These early experiences inspired me to learn more about how we cope, grow, and ultimately thrive, even in the face of adversity. As I continued my education and personal growth, I became increasingly drawn to the field of mental health. I was captivated by the resilience and wisdom people bring to their healing journeys. I realized that being a provider would allow me to walk alongside others as they navigate their unique paths, offering guidance, encouragement, and evidence-based tools to support their goals. What truly motivates me is the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and transformation. I am honored to help create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make positive changes.
