Hi, I’m Danielle Dickson, a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting adults on their journey toward healing, balance, and self-discovery. I create a compassionate, grounded space where you can explore life’s challenges, deepen your self-awareness, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. My work integrates evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and IFS with an existential lens that aligns the mind-body-soul connection as we work together to heal old patterns, align with your values, and cultivate lasting change.
In our first session, we’ll begin with a calm and structured intake process, using a question-and-answer format to explore your past and present experiences. This helps me gain a clear understanding of what’s bringing you to therapy and how I can best support you. You can expect a space that is grounded, direct, and completely nonjudgmental—where you’re invited to share at your own pace. My goal is to create a sense of safety and clarity as we begin this work together.
What stands out about my approach is the way I integrate evidence-based therapies like IFS, CBT, and DBT with a holistic, depth-oriented lens that supports connection to your most authentic self. This creates space for healing on both a practical and personal level—emotionally, mentally, and beyond. Clients often tell me that this integrative work feels like the missing piece after years of traditional therapy. By addressing both the inner patterns and the deeper parts of self that long to be seen and understood, many experience lasting change, strong therapeutic connection, and often return for future support as their growth continues.
I’m best suited to work with adults who are seeking deeper self-awareness and are ready to explore the roots of their emotional experiences. My ideal clients are open to direct, compassionate feedback and are often navigating challenges related to trauma, bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety. Many come to therapy with the desire to better understand their emotions, heal from past wounds, and improve the quality of their relationships—especially through clearer communication and deeper mutual understanding. Together, we create a space to uncover patterns, process pain, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my work because it empowers clients to better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns and replace them with more constructive ones, helping you feel more in control and capable in your daily life. CBT is especially effective for concerns like anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma-related symptoms. My approach is collaborative, practical, and rooted in compassion—I meet clients where they are and support them in making meaningful, sustainable change.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you better manage emotions, navigate relationships, and feel more grounded during stressful times. DBT teaches practical skills like mindfulness, setting boundaries, and managing overwhelming feelings in a healthy way. Together, we’ll work to help you build a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore and heal the different parts of themselves—like the anxious part, the perfectionist, or the inner child. This approach gently guides you toward more self-compassion, clarity, and emotional balance by helping each part feel heard and understood.
